Player Prop Specialist John Hyslop takes a look at the top NFL player prop to bet for the Week 9 Sunday night football matchup between the Los Angeles Rams vs. Tennessee Titans.

SNF Player Props Picks: The Best Bet for Los Angeles Rams vs. Tennessee Titans

Our Sunday is on a collision course with this game. No matter how much we don't want the day to end, it will. I've tried everything I could to make NFL Sundays not end, and no matter what, they always end. It's sad, really, but we do have something we can do, and that's bet the Sunday Night Football game. It tricks our brains into thinking it's a good thing for Sunday to be over since we have action. I've been doing it since Sunday night football games were invented. It works every time.

Complete SNF Rams vs. Titans Odds

Matthew Stafford Over 301.5 passing yards (-115) - DraftKings

I've seen this number at 305.5, so I feel like we're getting a deal here. BetMGM has this one at 301.5 -115, but I went with DraftKings because I had their app open. FanDuel isn't too far away at 302.5, but we always go with the best number because we're smart, and that's what smart people do. It's science.

Matthew Stafford is a 300-yard guy. He's only played eight games this season, and he's gone over 300 yards in five of them. One thing that helps is the Rams play at the fastest pace in the league (neutral situations), and they have arguably the greatest receiver of all time, Cooper Kupp. We'll have to wait for history to decide that one, though.

There is some debate as to how smart it is to take a quarterback passing yards over on a guy whose team is favored by seven points. Let me end that. It doesn't matter. Stafford threw for 305 yards last week, and they were favored by more than two touchdowns. Their opponent this week helps too.

The Rams are getting the Tennessee Titans, who are horrific in pass coverage—especially covering wide receivers. In fact, no team in the NFL has given up more receiving yardage to the position. Keep in mind they've only played eight games while some teams have played nine.

Trevor Lawrence went for 273 against these guys, and Zach Wilson went for 297. That's like 400 yards for a decent quarterback. I think Matthew Stafford is in for a big night, and we have a very low bar for him. I love this bet.
