Our guy, John Hyslop is back with his three favorite player prop plays for Week 10 of the NFL season.

Week 10 NFL Player Prop Picks: Three Best Bets of the Week

Three is the key number here people. Every great Sunday I've ever had has had at least three NFL player props. That's just a fact. We need these. This Sunday is no different and after going through every game on the slate multiple times, I've found three that we can trust our Sunday with. We're talking 1000s of mental simulations all boiling down to these three bets. And don't be mad about two of them coming from the Detroit Lions vs Pittsburgh Steelers. Some people are going to be stuck watching that game. They need this action the most.

Amon-Ra St. Brown over 31.5 receiving yards (-110)

Line available at DraftKings at time of publishing.

DraftKings is the spot for this one as BetMGM still has not offered many player props for this game yet. FanDuel always shows up late to the party but when they arrive, they come correct. Keep an eye out over there for this guy.

The Lions haven't won a game and they are just not a good football team. Obviously. But this kid is different. He's not Jerry Rice but he's not a 31.5 guy either. We made a little coin on St. Brown earlier this year and I think it's time to do it again. In his last four games, he's gone over this number in three of them. The time he didn't, he got 26 yards on five catches. That's fluky.

He gets the Pittsburgh Steelers who have what I call a fake defense. They have the reputation of an elite unit but they aren't. They just gave up 27 points to the Chicago Bears. I rest my case. We might not even need game script but it should work in our favor. Even if St. Brown doesn't get home in the first half, we'll likely watch the Lions throw all second half.

Pat Freiermuth over 3.5 receptions (+100)

Line available at DraftKings at time of publishing.

This is another DraftKings special since no one has a line at the time of publishing. Still, the price is right here at even money so it's time to make a move. I don't have any idea where this one will open at FanDuel and BetMGM but even money is good enough for me. I'm afraid if I wait I'll miss this price.

This kid is legit. If you've been watching Pittsburgh Steelers' games you know what I mean. He's on the field seemingly all the time now and he's turning into Ben Roethlisberger's favorite tight end. Over the last three games, he's been targeted at least six times each game and has caught a minimum of four passes in each of those games. This star is rising.

I know he plays the Lions but I don't think it matters. Even if the Steelers play from ahead four catches isn't much. Given what the Steelers' defense looked like against the Bears, we may not see the Steelers run away with this game. The point is, no matter how this game plays out, Freiermuth should catch at least four balls Sunday.

Geoff Swaim over 14.5 receiving yards (-110)

Line available at DraftKings at time of publishing.

Once again DraftKings is where I went but only because I was already there. BetMGM has this same prop at the same price so that is an option. Once again, FanDuel is a little late but they will come through with something at some point.

I love the tight end yardage props because they are hard for the books to get right. The position seems to be a revolving door which makes our job easier. Prior games this season don't mean much since the roles always seem to change. Over the last four weeks, Swaim has played at least 72% of the snaps three times. He's gone for at least 23 yards in each of his last two games so he's been more involved lately.

The Saints aren't exactly a team to target in the tight end market but they'll do. I doubt the Titans will be able to run the ball so short throws could be the way Tennessee moves the ball. Swaim has seen nine targets in the last two weeks so he should be in the mix when the time comes. The beauty of this is he could hit this number with one catch. This is a sneaky move.
