Leg 1: Giants over 15.5 points

The Giant offense has been an inconsistent one all year long. It depends on what version of Daniel Jones you’re getting in most cases. They’re averaging 19.9 points per game on the season and have only come in under 15.5 three times this year. On the other side of the coin, you have Tampa who hasn’t had as strong of a defense this year as compared to last. They’re allowing 23.6 points per game, so this might be an opportunity for the Giants to hang around and score some points. In Faniel Jones’ first career start, he did it in Tampa and went for 336 and two touchdowns in a 32-31 upset win. Granted, that’s ancient history at this point but still, the Giants should be able to do just enough on offense.

Leg 2: Buccaneers over 22.5 points

Now I know what you’re thinking, 22.5 points that’s it? This is the third-best scoring offense in football. I understand that, I’m going a tad on the conservative side and you’ll see why with the final play here in a second. Tampa scored just 19 last week and while I think they bounce back, I’m not sure how confident I am in them getting over the mid 20 range so I wanted to give myself some room here. For reference, on average the Giants defense allows 24 points per game, it’ll likely be roughly that on Monday Night Football again.

Leg 3: Giants +10.5

Let’s not get nuts here, I don’t think the Giants are winning this game but the Bucs are no lock to win this by double digits. The Giants are coming off a bye week and they’ve had two weeks to prior for this game off a nice win over a good Raiders team. Granted, this time it’s on the road but I think they do just enough to hang in this one and more than likely backdoor cover in something like 26-20 Bucs win.
