3 Ways to Win Big on Thursday Night Football: Dallas Cowboys vs New Orleans Saints

To start off Week 13 of the NFL season, the Dallas Cowboys are going on the road to take on the New Orleans Saints. Both teams played on Thanksgiving and both teams are coming off of losses in their home building.

For Dallas, they’ve lost three of their last four games and two in a row. As for New Orlenas well they’ve now dropped four in a row with no signs of slowing down anytime soon. In fact, they may be switching to Taysom Hill at quarterback to try to shake things up.

For the Thursday Night action, I have three ways for you to win big including a first touchdown scorer and two player prop parlays.

Dallas Cowboys vs New Orleans Saints odds

Dalton Schultz first TD scorer (+1100)

I love going with the tight end when you have a play on a first touchdown scorer. You tend to get good value and the running back and wide receivers are too basic for me. With Dalton Schultz, he now has four receiving touchdowns on the season including one last week. Schultz is averaging a career-high of 48.8 yards per game New Orleans has been solid against tight ends this year allowing just three touchdowns to the position, but Schultz is a Dak Prescott favorite in the red zone and at +1100 he is our longshot value play.

CeeDee Lamb over 79.5 receiving yards + Tre’Quan Smith over 44.5 receiving yards (+425)

If CeeDee Lamb plays this week I expect him to be a factor. He had just 14 yards before leaving the Chiefs game with an injury but in six games this year, he’s cleared 79.5 receiving yards in 10 tries. They would need a big performance from Lamb but would it shock anyone considering what he’s done so far this year? As for Tre’Quan Smith, he had just 31 yards against BUffalo but in the three weeks before that, he was averaging 53.7 yards per game. If Taysom Hill is the spark this Saints offense needs, we should see Smith’s numbers return to previous form.

Alvin Kamara + Ezekiel Elliott Anytime TD Scorer (+310)

This one is also only applicable if Alvin Kamara plays, in eight games this year Kamara has seven touchdowns. Sure, the rushing scores haven’t been there like in years gone by but he’s still been a factor in the receiving game. On New Orleans, he’s the safest bet to get into the endzone. As for Ezekiel Elliot, he has nine touchdowns in 11 games for Dallas. He got into the endzone last week and over the past three weeks he has three total touchdowns.
