Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Los Angeles Rams Same-Game Parlay: Are The Rams Frauds?

The Los Angeles Rams made plenty of changes to their roster before the trade deadline. The front office and staff continue to flex their muscles acting like they were going to build a team that would be able to compete for a Super Bowl.

Since adding Von Miller and Odell Beckham Jr, the Rams have lost three straight games and are absolutely struggling behind Matthew Stafford who just simply doesn’t look right.

However, this could be a get-right game for the Rams as they’ll face the Jacksonville Jaguars as heavy favorites.

Here’s a Same-Game Parlay for the Jaguars vs Rams at 4:05 pm ET on FOX.

Jaguars vs. Rams odds

Jaguars vs. Rams Same-Game Parlay Picks

Rams -13 (-110)

Yes, this is a massive spread for a team that has lost three straight games. But like I said before, this game is a get-right game for the Rams. Los Angeles is super talented and now gets to play in front of their fans after playing their last two games on the road in tough environments.

The Rams are still averaging 27.2 points per game and allowing 23.9 points per game. I’d expect the offense to improve and the defense to get better as well with players like Miller, Aaron Donald, and Jalen Ramsey.

Meanwhile, the Jaguars have given up 25.7 points per game while scoring just 15.7 points per game. The Jaguars have been close in games a bunch of times but fatigue is starting to set in. The offense has scored 14 or fewer points in four of their last five games with the other game being just 17 points. The Rams are capable of scoring five touchdowns in this game and if they do that, they’ll cover the spread.

Rams Over 30.5 Team Total (-112)

I just gave away the next play above. I like the Rams to score at least five touchdowns in this game and believe this is a breakout spot for the Rams.

The Jaguars have been awful stopping the run and haven’t been great in coverage either. They’ve also missed a bunch of tackles and while the pass rush has been somewhat effective, it’s going to be a bit more difficult to have success against the Rams offensive line.

Therefore, I’ll grab the over 30.5 team total, believing that the Rams will score at least five touchdowns.

Rams -7.5 First Half (+110)

I’d rather have a 6.5 or 7 number but 7.5 will do. The Rams have had outbursts earlier this season in the second quarter and at home, I think that’s coming against the Jaguars.

The Jaguars don’t look terrible in the box score when looking at the defense. The defense has given up just 373.9 yards per game and just over 258 yards passing. But when it comes down to it, the defense has not performed well at all and can be exploited in my different areas on the defensive end.

It’s time for Sean McVay to prove how valuable he is on the offensive side of the ball. He’s got too many weapons and athletes to fail against the Jaguars on offense. I like the Rams to start the rout against the Jaguars early.
