Matt O'Leary shares his three favorite parlays for the late Sunday afternoon slate of games.

3 NFL Parlay Picks for Week 13 Late Sunday Afternoon Games

In Week 13 of the NFL season, we’re blessed with four games in the late Sunday window. You have Washington vs Las Vegas Raiders, Jacksonville Jaguars vs Los Angeles Rams, Baltimore Ravens vs Pittsburgh Steelers, and the San Francisco 49ers vs Seattle Seahawks.

Of these four games, oddsmakers are only predicting one blowout with the Rams and the Jaguars having the biggest spread at 12.5 points. The rest of these are 4.5 points or lower spreads which normally indicate that it should be a close game.

For this slate of games, I’ll be looking at three different parlays that you could try your luck with on Sunday.

ML Parlay: WFT. Rams, Ravens, 49ers (+463)

We’re starting the moneyline parlay with an underdog in Washington. The Football Team has been playing really good ball in recent weeks. They’ve won three games in a row and over their last five games they’ve held opponents to 24 points or fewer in every single one. I don’t trust Vegas right now, even after a big win over Dallas on Thanksgiving, give me the red hot Washington Football Team to get us started.

The Rams over the Jaguars seems obvious. They very well might not cover a 12.5 point spread, as they’ve lost three games in a row and looked like a shell of the team we saw earlier in the year. Even still, Jacksonville just doesn’t have enough to compete with this team just yet.

Baltimore should, keyword being should, walk all over Pittsburgh. Ben Roethlisberger is absolutely cooked and this Ravens team has settled into first place in the AFC North. Even with Lamar Jackson’s recent struggles, it can’t get as bad as what Pittsburgh has been trotting out there at the quarterback position.

Finally, there’s the 49ers and Seahawks. Sure, divisional games could be weird so maybe this is the one I’m most concerned with but Seattle is in a free fall. Russell Wilson has looked brutal since his return from injury and the 49ers are riding a three-game win streak where they’ve put up 30 points in every game. Against this Seattle defense, there’s a good chance of making it four weeks in a row.

Alternate Spreads: Rams -6.5, WFT +3.5, Ravens -2.5, 49ers -1.5 (+521)

For the alternate spreads, we’re just looking for a little bit more value which we are able to get. The same logic applies with these picks, we’re just trying to get some better value in some places. For example, as I mentioned earlier my faith in the Rams covering a 12.5 point spread is nonexistent, but winning by a touchdown over the Jags? That sounds much more likely. WFT and the Ravens became field goal safe and the 49ers can win by anything more than two points. Luckily all the 49ers’ wins this year have been by six points or more.

Ravens ML + Najee Harris Anytime TD +210

For the AFC North rivalry game, we’re going to go with a moneyline play and some Najee Harris love. Lamar has just two starts against the Steelers in his career, where he holds a 1-1 record. Last year, a two-interception performance dropped the Ravens 28-24 against Pittsburgh. To be fair, at that point the Steelers were undefeated and improved to 7-0 with that win. Since December of 2020, this hasn’t been the same Steelers team that we were used to.

I’m still very anti drafting a running back in the first round but Najee Harris has been very good in 2021. He has over 1,000 scrimmage yards in 11 games for the Steelers and seven combined touchdowns. After Roethlisberger’s poor performance last week, my guess is that Pittsburgh comes out running the ball against this Ravens defense. The Ravens defense has been fairly stout against the run but with 10 rushing touchdowns against (13th in NFL), it’s not impossible to get into the endzone against them.
