Player Prop Specialist John Hyslop takes a look at the top NFL player prop to bet for the Week 15 Saturday night matchup between the Indianapolis Colts vs. New England Patriots.

Indianapolis Colts vs. New England Patriots Player Prop Picks: Roll With This Receiving Prop

It's that time of year again people. NFL Football on Saturday nights. Not only is it NFL Football, but it's also two good teams which is huge. I'll watch two bottom feeders just like anyone else, but at the end of the day, two good teams are better. These games are definitely tricky, but we have to bet them. It's how being a gambler works. Lucky for us, the books hung one of the dumbest lines I've ever seen in my life on one of the Colts. We're going to be living the dream after this one.

Nyheim Hines Over 15.5 receiving yards (-120)

Line available at DraftKings at time of publishing.

This one is at DraftKings as of Friday afternoon. BetMGM, FanDuel, and Barstool have yet to release a number on this guy, but they will be along soon. I know if I were in charge of one of those books, I would be scared to release the Nyheim Hines props too.

Here's the thing about Hines, he's a pass-catching back. Jonathan Taylor gets all the shine on this team, and he is still out there on passing downs, but Hines can't be forgotten. Hines has gone over this number five times in his last six games. The only exception is when the Colts blew out the Buffalo Bills, but that won't happen against a real squad like the New England Patriots.

Speaking of the Patriots, while they have been insanely good all year long on defense, one area they are weak is defending the running back in the passing game. On the year, only three teams have given up more receiving yards to running backs than New England. When the Patriots go up on the Colts and force them to play from behind, there's no doubt Carson Wentz will get tricked into checking down to Hines. He'll go way over this number.
