Mike Williams (+210)
Justin Herbert is the AFC's starting quarterback for the Pro Bowl and has already set a franchise record with 35 touchdown passes. He has taken it to another level in prime-time games. In his five career night starts, Herbert has thrown 14 touchdowns and only two interceptions. Mike Williams at this price is too good to pass on. The Raiders have quietly allowed just 10 touchdowns to wide receivers this season which is among the least in the NFL. Williams remains the Chargers' dangerous deep threat. Last week's touchdown marked just the second score for Williams since mid-October, but he'll likely be leaned on heavily as the Chargers face off against the Raiders in this win-and-you're-in situation. He is one of the best red-zone threats in the league so getting him at this price is a no-brainer for me.
Darren Waller (+175)
The Raiders look like they will get a boost on offense with the return of star tight end Darren Waller. The Raiders have been without Waller due to a knee injury on Thanksgiving and hoped to get him back last week before he tested positive for COVID-19. Waller has caught more passes from Carr (243) than any other player in the QB's career. If he is deemed healthy he should explode against this Chargers defense that has struggled all season long defending tight ends. The Chargers have allowed the most yards to tight ends and a league-high 13 touchdowns to the position which Waller contributed to that number back in their Week 4 matchup.
Jared Cook (+275)
I was so close to picking Herbert here at +500 but I convinced myself otherwise. There are very few teams that have been nearly as bad at slowing down tight ends this year and one of them is the Raiders. They have allowed the third-most touchdowns so far this season to tight ends. Cook has been quite pedestrian but he holds value on a weekly basis to find the end zone being such a big target for Herbert. This game has the highest projected total of the week and it also projects to play at a fast pace, which means more plays. More plays mean more scoring opportunities. I'll gladly lock in Cook here at this price.
Justin Herbert (+500)
We're doing it. I just teased it but we are locking in Herbie to rush for one. He has four rushing scores this season and on numerous occasions, he's shown his ability to escape the pocket and run. The Raiders play plenty of two-man zone which doesn't necessarily bode well for Herbert as a rusher. They have however committed the second-most penalties so far this season in the NFL, 10 of those being defensive pass interference penalties. If we can get one of those called in the end zone there's a chance we see Herbert punch one in on a QB-sneak. It's the last game of the regular season, I love taking this shot here!
