Week 18 NFL Player Props: Two Best Bets of the Week

This is it people. It's the last time we'll see certain teams until August. That's crazy when you think about it. Here's the thing, we can't let these guys play for nothing. Even though some of the games technically don't mean anything, they still could mean something to us gamblers. All we have to do is bet on them and BAM, they mean something. It's like magic, only real. Just amazing stuff here.

Cordarrelle Patterson Over 13.5 Receiving Yards (-113) - FanDuel

FanDuel is the spot for this one since they are just giving out gold here at 13.5. The others (DraftKings, BetMGM and Barstool) are all pushing out 15.5 which isn't crazy but every yard counts in this economy. Gotta be frugal on these streets people.

Let me tell you like this, Patterson isn't going out like some chump in the last game of his breakout season. If you think that he is, then you don't know Cordarrelle Patterson my friend. Maybe you never did. He's electric.

Has he had games where he didn't get at least 13.5 receiving yards this season? Unfortunately yes. He had three in a row before last week's 20-burger. They hurt to watch but this week is different.

The Falcons are playing the New Orleans Saints who have one of the best run defenses in the NFL. There's no possible way Atlanta can think that Patterson is going to run the ball on them. But, they have to get a generational talent like Patterson the ball somehow. If you can't hand it to him, you're going to have to throw it to him. That's just science.

These teams already played this season and Patterson only ran for 10 yards on nine carries. But, he was able to haul in six passes for 126 yards. I don't know if he goes for 120+ again, but 14 is downright disrespectful.

Cole Kmet Over 30.5 Receiving Yards (-113) - FanDuel

We can play this anywhere we want but I'm at FanDuel since they technically came in with the lowest price. Both BetMGM and DraftKings are sitting at -115 for this so it's fine. It should be noted that Barstool is hanging 31.5 out of respect for this guy I'm sure. He deserves it.

You know a game is meaningless when the players talk about how it means something even though it really doesn't. Still, we need something to bet at 1:00 pm ET since the Patterson move doesn't start until 4:25 pm ET. This is it people.

First off, I bet these teams move the ball a little. Why not? Having Andy Dalton under center gives Kmet a little boost so there's that. Last week he was targeted five times even though the Bears slaughtered the New York Giants 29-3. I doubt that happens this week.

The Vikings have the offense to at least score a few points. They already beat the Bears once this season and it was only a few weeks ago. In that game, Justin Fields was the quarterback, but Kmet was targeted nine times. He caught six of those balls for 71 yards. We only need 31 here people. I think he gets it.
