Wild Card Saturday Top Anytime TD Bets

Joe Mixon to Score 2 TDs (+380)

Normally, I wouldn't advise a two touchdown bet less than +400 for the playoffs but this one just makes sense. The Raiders defense allowed the third most touchdowns overall this season to running backs. Sixteen on the ground and seven more through the air. Mixon scored twice in a game five times this season! Including back in Week 11 against these same Raiders. The weather forecast in Cincinnati looks to be very cold which could affect the passing game. In reality, wind is the biggest factor though in the NFL. The Raiders were the league's worst red zone defense this season, allowing a touchdown on 81.4% of red zone trips. The Raiders allow a touchdown on 4.2% of RB carries, which is the worst among playoff teams and the third worst in the entire NFL. Mixon sat in Week 18 and he should be as fresh as it gets for Saturday's game. You can lock him in for one score at Bet365 at -125 which isn't an awful bet in itself.

Darren Waller (+200)

I'm not expecting much from the Raiders offense but one thing I do expect is them to be down and for Darren Waller to produce. The Bengals defense allowed the fourth-most receptions, and the fifth-most yards and touchdowns to opposing tight ends during the regular season. In his first game back since Week 12, Waller played 62 of 80 possible snaps in the crazy overtime win against the Chargers he finished with just two receptions on nine targets though. I'm expecting the rust to be shaken off for Waller and Carr this Saturday. Back in Week 11, Waller went for 7 catches for 116 yards on 8 targets against these same Bengals.

Stefon Diggs (+155)

You want to to talk about weather well no one has forgotten the wind bowl that was in Week 13 when the Bills hosted the Patriots. Saturday night isn't calling for quite that but there's a chance it ends up as one of the coldest games in NFL history. That doesn't scare me though. Josh Allen has thrown at least two touchdown passes in 13 of his 17 games this season. That includes four of his past five. He was limited to one in the windy game against New England in Week 13 but tossed three against the Patriots in Week 16. Even with the cold weather expected in Buffalo Saturday night, we can trust Josh Allen to be able to put points up on the board. Diggs is Josh Allen's number one target, he scored a career high 10 touchdowns this season. All 10 of the those scores came from in the red zone so surprisingly Diggs' production wasn't reliant on the big play.

Dawson Knox (+260)

If you've been following along my picks this season you would remember that I said whenever we can get Dawson Knox at over +200 we will be all over it. Here we are again. Even in the playoffs the books are being generous. He set career highs across the board in 2021 with 49 catches on 71 targets for 587 yards and nine touchdowns through 15 games. Stefon Diggs is no doubt Josh Allen's number one target but Knox should be a reliable second target for him on Saturday. For what it's worth he scored against the Patriots back in Week 16. It's going to be frigid, but like I mentioned above with Diggs, the Bills offense can be trusted.

Emmanuel Sanders (+355)

The playoffs and a chance at a Super Bowl run is the reason that the veteran wide receiver was in Buffalo this season on a one year deal. It's his time to now contribute. He's been dealing with an injury over the last month or so but he has been a full participant at practice all week long. Now the matchup isn't great but I have all the confidence in the world in the Bills during these playoffs. Sanders last played a full game in Week 16 against the Patriots and he had two end zone targets in that one. With Sanders healthy, Gabriel Davis will likely see a reduced role. He hasn't caught a touchdown since Week 5 but he also hasn't been out snapped by any wide receiver not named Stefon Diggs in any game he was healthy this season. I'm expecting Josh Allen to throw at least two touchdowns on Saturday night and possibly more.
