The Rams team finally looked like the Rams team fans expected to see when they made moves to acquire Matthew Stafford, Von Miller, Odell Beckham, and others. Their stars shined bright against the overmatched Cardinals last week. This is a completely different beast going into Tampa Bay to face the reigning Super Bowl Champions, and a quarterback that has been through every single playoff scenario imaginable.

Los Angeles will undoubtedly be the trendy dog this weekend and I can understand why the public would favor their side, but I would err on the side of caution because the most important thing in these spots is playoff success. Stafford definitely has the team around him to do something special this year, but it's hard to see it until it happens.

I rode this prop bet last week to a nice win. I'm going to get back on the horse again this week. A potentially high-scoring game could happen in this matchup, and the Rams will have to continue to get great production from their superstar weapons on the outside in Cooper Kupp and OBJ. Kupp actually got his touchdown last week in somewhat of a meaningless time, with the game already decided. I think Stafford will go to his safety valve early and often this game because it will be much more competitive.

He ended the regular season with a combined 20 targets in his last two weeks. In the wild card game against the Eagles, he still ended up with 5 catches in a blowout. With Jalen Ramsey potentially blanketing Mike Evans for much of the game, I think Tom Brady will divert his attention to his longtime teammate in Gronk. I can see Gronk hitting the over receptions prop as well as scoring this weekend.
