It is almost time for the best day in sports. Super Bowl Sunday is a national holiday for sports fans all over the world. While we can bet on so many things, including the coin toss, Gatorade color, and national anthem over-under. I will be breaking down my three best bets of the game here in this article.

Rams -3.5
The first play I want to dive into is going to be the side of this game. I love the Rams on the spread at -3.5 -117. The Bengals are America's team at the moment, and to tell you guys the truth if I did not gamble and was just a casual fan, I'd be rooting for the Bengals. However, from a game standpoint, I think this thing could get ugly in favor of the Rams, and here is why.
The first reason is the Rams present one of the best defensive lines in all of the NFL. The front for the Rams has been a top-tier front all season long, and now they are facing the worst pass-blocking offensive line. This game could turn into a nightmare for the Bengals if their line can not protect Burrow. I see Von Miller, Aaron Donald, and company having a field day against this offensive line.
The second factor is that I do not believe the Rams have played all that well in the last two games they won. They turned the football over a total of four teams against the Tampa Bay Bucs, and Tom Brady and the Rams won the game. In the game against the 49ers, they dropped a pair of touchdowns, a pick-six, and their head coach Sean Mcvay had one of his worst games in the NFL managing the clock. The Rams had zero timeouts for the majority of the fourth quarter, trailing the game by two scores.
The fact that they were able to not play their best football and still win these games shows me really how good this team is. The final factor this is a home game for the Rams. I understand the Rams do not have the greatest fans in the world, but bottom line is you are playing this game in your backyard if you are the Rams. I think there are way too many factors in this one that point me right to taking the Rams. I think taking some alternate spreads in this one as well are worth a shot; as I have stated already, this could get ugly for the Bengals if their protection breaks down.
- Pick: Rams -3.5 -117 (Bet $117 to win $100)

Bengals total under 22.5
The second play I am going to take will be the Bengals Team Total under 22.5, sitting at -107. As I stated in this write-up already, this Rams defensive line is going to eat the Bengal's offensive line alive against the pass. If the Bengals can move the ball down the field, it will have to be slow and methodical drives that bleed the clock. Three points in this type of bet do not really hurt us, so it is ok even if the Bengals move the ball, chew the clock, and kick. I do not see them being able to have many dynamic plays in this game because of the pass rush. Burrow will likely have to get the ball out quickly in this one to avoid being sacked. I love this play due to the pace I see the Bengals playing with and the inability to stretch the football down the field.
- Pick: Bengals Team Total Under 22.5 -107 (Bet $107 to win $100)
Van Jefferson Over 33.5 yards
The final play I am going to take is going to be Van Jefferson over 33.5 yards. Jefferson has been held down in the last couple of playoff games, and against the Cardinals, he had just the one catch but picked up forty-one yards on it. The attention in this one will be on Cooper Kupp and Odell Beckham Jr. This will allow a ton of one-on-one opportunities for Van Jefferson, a guy that Matthew Stafford does trust. If you have watched the Rams games, Van is going to get one or two deep shots his way. This is a play that we could cash on just one catch, and I love the value we are getting here.
- Pick: Van Jefferson Over 33.5 Receiving Yards -110 (Bet $110 to win $100)
