To me, it is pretty interesting that there had never been a team to host a Super Bowl in their stadium and now it happens two years in a row with the Bucs and Rams so i will handicap this game like any other road game for the Bengals.
The Bengals have played surprisingly well on the road this year as they have gone 7-3 in their 10 true road games this year including 2-0 in the playoffs with their improbable win over the Chiefs in OT.
Similarly, the Rams have the exact same home record this season at 7-3 but when they have struggled it has been against high-powered and multi-dimensional offenses like Arizona, San Francisco, and Tennessee.

Stafford has also been prone to some really bad interceptions and while the Bengals defense has given up a lot of yards this season, one thing they have done very well is force turnovers in big spots. So far in the playoffs, the Bengals have forced 7 total turnovers and at least 2 in each game. None were bigger than the interception of Mahomes in OT of their last game to set up Joe Burrow to lead them down for the game-winning field goal. The Bengals defense also forced a huge turnover in the final seconds against Tennessee that would set up the game-winning field goal as well.
I am a Detroit sports fan and a big Matthew Stafford fan, but he is very interception prone and I see the Bengals being able to force at least one in this game. I also think the Bengals will be able to channel some of that momentum from their improbable emotional win on the road versus the Chiefs into the start of this game. The hope for me here is that the Bengals just empty the playbook and play with house money because no one really expected them to be here so I think they will be playing fast and loose with most of the pressure being on the Rams as they had high expectations before the season and have lived up to them to this point.
I think Burrow and their high-powered offense will get off to a fast start and somewhat expect McVay to be a little more conservative like he was the first time we saw them in the Superbowl vs the Patriots. With that being said, my best bet for this Superbowl Sunday is going to be Bengals 1H +3 +103 (Pinnacle) as I think the Bengals will have a fast start in this game.
