The annual Hall of Fame game is the truest form of the exhibition as nearly every projected opening day starter is usually held out of the game and newly-hired Jaguars Head Coach, Doug Pederson has already confirmed that starting QB, Trevor Lawrence as well as projected starting tailback, Travis Etienne will both not play in tonight's game. Pederson also announced that Jake Luton will be the starting signal caller for the Jags when they take the field this evening.
Meanwhile, the Raiders' new Head Coach, Josh McDaniels hasn't confirmed who will and won't play but it's probably safe to assume that Pro Bowl QB, Derek Carr as well as prize off-season addition, All-Pro WR, Davante Adams won't suit up for tonight's contest. It'll be interesting to see who starts under Center, tonight for Vegas as former Niners starter, Nick Mullens and former Patriots fourth-round pick and new Raiders depth QB, Jarrett Stidham has joined his old Offensive Coordinator, McDaniels in Vegas.
