One of the two best QB's in program history, Tommy Change was named the new Head Coach of Hawaii, over the summer and with that comes a changing of the guard. However, Chang and co. will need some time to restore order in Honolulu and while they're not going up against a powerhouse such as Georgia, Alabama, LSU or Texas A&M, they're still going up against an SEC team while in the midst of a retooling, which could spell trouble for the Rainbow Warriors.
Meanwhile, the Commodores of Vanderbilt will look to win the matchup of power versus power when the strength of their defense, the secondary, goes up against Hawaii's prolific passing attack. Vanderbilt won't be oddsmakers favorites most weeks but when they are, like this week, they need to take advantage of it and prove that they're a deserved SEC team as the College Football conference landscape continues to change year in, year out.
