Here we are guys, our first Sunday night football matchup of the season. Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are in Texas to do battle with Dak Prescott and the Dallas Cowboys.

Dallas Cowboys vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers Prediction

Every single year the entire football community makes jokes about the Cowboys and while I do partake and find them funny, it’s jokes. This is a good football team with plenty of talent and while I do not believe this is their year, they have a good team and can beat just about anyone they face.

The defensive unit stepped up last year and there’s an uptrend for them right now. Having a healthy Dak Prescott calling the plays again is a huge boost as well. I do not expect Ezekiel Elliott to be as heavy of the workhorse he has been in years past because they will definitely try to keep him healthy but he is still a very talented back who can handle a high workload when needed.

I did hear that Prescott suffered a minor ankle injury and I could see them running the ball more tonight for that reason.

With that said, I am not betting on Dallas tonight. We are rolling with the Goat.

Tom Brady looks as healthy as he did 10 years ago, he is of no concern to me so then you just look at the rest of the team. They are a highly effective and talented defensive unit that knows how to play together. The guys in the skilled positions on offense are still electric and provide so many weapons for the most methodically good quarterback in the history of the game to distribute the ball.

I am riding with Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to leave week one with a victory tonight. Let’s ride.
