The New York Giants and Carolina Panthers will both be looking to take a Week Two win, as the Giants could go 2-0 to start the season and the Panthers need to avoid going down 0-2 on the season.
The New York Giants won their first matchup under their new head coach Brian Daboll, and with great help from Saquon Barkley. For the Carolina Panthers, their comeback led by Baker Mayfield fell just short against Mayfield’s former team.Â
The Panthers will likely come into this game with a sense of urgency, considering they lost a close game in Week One and Matt Rhule needs to find a way to turn this season into a promising one.Â
Though the Giants won in Week One, it’ll take either another incredible game from Barkley or a surprising game from Daniel Jones to find a way to win this game.
Giants vs. Panthers Any Time Touchdown Scorers
Saquon Barkley (-145) (Bet $145 to win $100)
Considering how involved Barkley was, as he was the main source of offense, he’ll get plenty of touches and opportunities to score. He’s an incredible talent and surely will find his way into the end zone if the offense is schemed around him.Â
Christian McCaffrey (-130) (Bet $130 to win $100)
Even in a game where McCaffrey didn’t perform particularly well, he scored a touchdown. His involvement in the game plan is similar to Barkley’s in the fact that he’ll have plenty of opportunities to make big plays, but for McCaffrey he’ll get the opportunity both on the ground and in the air.Â
Baker Mayfield (+550) (Bet $100 to win $550)
With McCaffrey on the field, it’s even more likely Mayfield will throw for a touchdown to him. He’s got Robbie Anderson, who had a great Week One game against the Browns. DJ Moore is in the slot, too. He’s got the weapons, and we’ve seen him score on the ground. Mayfield seems like a solid bet to score a touchdown.
