Week 3 of the NFL season kicks off with an absolute slobberknocker of a matchup between AFC North rivals. I will not sugarcoat it, finding the winners in the anytime touchdown market in a matchup between Jacoby Brissett and Mitchell Trubisky is quite difficult. With the lowest projected total of Week 3 by a fair margin, this game may struggle to produce touchdowns. Over the last three seasons, in games with a total set of 38.5 or lower, the total has gone under in all seven instances. As a result, I'm riding with just two anytime touchdown picks for this matchup. We sit up just over 14 Units as we enter Week 3. Last week I said let's make a run and never look back and that's just what we're doing. Let's continue to build on that starting tonight.

I've narrowed down the best options for anytime touchdown scorers for you here on Thursday Night Football. Let's get to the best anytime touchdown picks for the Browns vs. Steelers. Best of luck if you tail!

Even better than my picks is the OddscheckerUS website compares odds from every sportsbook for every NFL game. This includes odds for anytime touchdown scorers and we find where you can get the best price for your bet.

TNF Browns vs. Steelers Best Anytime TD Scorer Picks

Diontae Johnson (+240) (Bet $100 to Win $240)

*Odds Available at FanDuel*

Johnson has a massive share of the targets for the Steelers at 32%. He has run a total of 71 routes through the first two weeks and has been targeted on 28% of them. He has dominated as the Steelers top receiving target to start the season and getting a guy with this many targets at this price is incredible. He has 10 more targets than the next closest Steelers wide receiver. There's a good chance Denzel Ward shadows Johnson here as he did so a season ago but he found the end zone in that game. The Browns have struggled against the deep ball early on this season and if there was ever a time for Trubisky to take a shot it will be on Thursday night.

David Njoku (+550) (Bet $100 to win $550)

*Odds Available at PointsBet*

This number is just incredibly high. Njoku is a physical beast. Although he has been out-targeted by teammates Amari Cooper, Donovan Peoples-Jones, and fellow tight end Harrison Bryant through the first two weeks, he did receive an end zone look in Week 2 against the Jets but could not convert as he landed out of bounds. Brissett has had nine passes in the red zone so far this season and six of them have been shots in the end zone. Njoku provides Brissett with a physical mismatch in most one-on-one situations. The Steelers defense is notorious but without TJ Watt is much less intimidating. The Browns offensive line is strong and Brissett should have time to complete throws tonight. One of them will be to Njoku in the end zone!
