The New York Jets travel to Pittsburgh to take on the New York Jets. Here's a look at the top anytime touchdown scorer bets for this game between these two AFC teams that have struggled offensively.
ANALYSIS

NFL Week 4 Player Props: Steelers vs. Jets Best Anytime TD Scorer Bets

The Pittsburgh Steelers vs. New York Jets isn't exactly a game that is going to feature a ton of scoring. The Steelers have registered 23, 14, and 17 points in their three games so far this year. The 23 points they scored in Week 1 are also a little fraudulent. They needed overtime and a pick-six to get to that number.

The Jets on the other hand have been massively inconsistent. They put up just nine points in Week 1 with their lone touchdown coming in the final minute of a blowout loss to the Ravens. They followed that up with a 31 spot against the Browns that featured a miraculous comeback in the final two minutes and then last week settled for four field goals in a 27-12 loss to Cincinnati.

The good news for New York, they're getting Zach Wilson back from injury. We'll get into the Pittsburgh Steelers vs. New York Jets best bets for anytime touchdown scorers this week.

Steelers vs. Jets Anytime Touchdown Scorers

Breece Hall +220 (Bet $100 to win $220)

Earlier we mentioned how Zach Wilson is making his season debut and I think Breece Hall is a major factor in this game because of it. In the Jets first three games, they threw the ball with Joe Flacco 59, 44, and 52 times. That is far too many, and offensive coordinator Mike LaFleur admitted that earlier this week.

Naturally, with a young quarterback getting eased back in it's likely safe to assume the Jets are going to be run-heavy on Sunday. Breece hasn't gotten a ton of usage yet but at 5.3 yards per carry on 21 touches, we will likely see his usage go up very soon. Hall is also effective in the receiving game as he already has over 100 receiving yards and a receiving touchdown on the year. Those dual-threat backs are good bets for anytime touchdown scorers and his value at +220 is a pretty nice return.

Elijah Moore +310 (Bet $100 to win $310)

It's been a little bit of a slow start for Elijah Moore through three games. He's put up 49, 41, and 49 yards in his first three games and has yet to find the endzone. The reason I think that can change this week is because of how comfortable Zach Wilson was throwing him the football last year.

A lot of the focus is going to end up on Garrett Wilson, who has been a stud through three games of the season but don't sleep on Elijah either. For whatever reason, he wasn't connecting with Joe Flacco but that should change when they open up the full playbook with Wilson back this week.

Pat Freiermuth +230 (Bet $100 to win $230)

Mitch Trubisky isn't this prolific passer but when he does drop back to throw, he often looks towards Pat Freiermuth. Through three games he's been targeted 21 times and he already has a receiving touchdown this year (just one of two passing touchdowns from Trubisky).

In 16 games as a rookie last year, Pat Freiermuth caught seven touchdowns and was a major threat in the redzone. The Jets have been solid on the outside with their corners but the linebackers and safeties in coverage can be a bit of an issue. If someone beats them through the air, I think Freiermuth is on the receiving end.

George Pickens +375 (Bet $100 to win $375)

I can't not sprinkle something on George Pickens. The value isn't there with Najee Harris and with Pickens' special talent that he's already put on display he has to eventually find the endzone here. He has just five catches for 65 yards so far but he's about as due as one can be to have a big game.

Anytime he gets the ball good things happen. He's a bit more of a longshot at +375 but he's too talented to continue to go without finding the endzone.
