The Bears' offense has been dreadful this season. But one thing you know the Bears going to do and that's run the football. Justin Fields rarely steps back and throws the ball and if he does he usually takes off and runs with it. David Montgomery has been in the middle of trade talks all season, but he is still producing at a high level.

This Bears offense is all about getting the run game going. No better way to do it than against this Patriots' defense that is allowing 119 ypg on the ground this season. They have also allowed a rusher to go over 50 yards in every game this season also. David Montgomery has a pretty low prop for this game for a team that really only focuses on the run.

The Patriots have had a subpar season for the most part. Their offense has been ok at times and their defense has been ok at times. This game should be one of those boring MNF games where we see a lot of running the ball and watching the clock tick. That is why I honestly really like Montgomery tonight.

The Bears don't have any threat at receiver besides Darnell Mooney and Justin Fields hasn't been able to show he can get people the ball either. The only way the Bears' offense really does well is if they can run the ball. They showed last game against the Commanders that they can run the ball. They had over 235+ yards rushing against them So they obviously know that their identity is to run the football. I honestly expect this game to be a very grind-it-out kind of football game.

Look for David Montgomery to get a lot of touches early and often in this game. He also has shown over and over again that he can really break a long run. With his rushing prop so low he can easily get this one long run or break some tackles. Montgomery is poised to have a big game and try to get himself traded out of Chicago before the trade deadline. He has shown flashes this year and in his last primetime game last week he really did well for the Bears. I really fully expect him to be fully rested this week and get the bulk of the carries for the Bears to cash this prop easily. Tonight, we are riding David Montgomery's rushing yards over.
