Doug Pederson's arrival in Jacksonville started off hot, but it cooled off significantly in October. Nathaniel Hackett is in similar shoes to Pederson, leading Denver as the first-year head coach, but Pederson has a significant advantage from his days leading Philadelphia to a Super Bowl victory. Neither coach has sustained success with his team through the first seven weeks.
