NFL Week 13 Parlay
Leg 1: Trey Hendrickson o0.75 Sacks (CIN)
Trey Hendrickson and Sam Hubbard make a very intimidating pass-rush duo, known to Bengals fans as the bash brothers. Hendrickson has been playing well recently, recording 3.5 sacks over his last five games. Additionally, DJ Reader is back on that defensive line, who will focus more on run-stopping and open up more opportunities for Hendrickson to do what he does best, rush the quarterback. There are currently only a handful of players that have a better pass-rush win rate than Hendrickson, and those guys are Parsons, Garrett, Chubb, and Sweat, a pretty elite category to be in. You beat Patrick Mahomes the same way you beat any great quarterback, getting the pressure right in his face. The Bengals have a solid secondary, but they won't be able to hold up unless the bash brothers are giving Mahomes problems upfront.
Leg 2: Maxx Crosby o0.25 Sacks (LV)
Maxx Crosby really cemented himself as one of the best pass rushers in football last season, and he’s having another very good season. The Chargers are in line to use their 6th different starting offensive line combo in Week 13, I already expected Crosby to have a good game but there’s nothing better than taking advantage of an offensive line without chemistry. Crosby is currently fourth in the NFL in QB hits, behind just Bosa, Sweat, and Judon this season. Crosby is fourth in the NFL with 10.5 sacks this season, while no other Raider has more than one. He came up with a clutch fourth-quarter sack last game, and I expect him to be all over the place today.
Leg 3: Nick Chubb TD (CLE)
While a lot of the attention may be on Deshaun Watson returning from his suspension, this is definitely shaping up to be a Nick Chubb game. I expect the Browns to ease Watson in, considering the fact that he hasn't played football in two years. Luckily for the Browns, this Texans matchup is probably the best team in the league to ease your quarterback into. I’m expecting a mostly run-heavy game plan, with some Amari Cooper and Donovan Peoples-Jones mixed in, no Stingley on the outside also makes for an easier matchup. The Texans have allowed the most rush yards and rushing touchdowns per game this season, I’m expecting a heavy dosage of Nick Chubb. While there was a lot of Kareem Hunt love in the beginning of the season, Chubb has taken over and is currently second in the NFL with 12 rushing touchdowns this season.
