Week 14 of the NFL season starts with what should be a decent matchup as the red-hot Raiders take on the Rams. In the first "Battle of I-15," the Rams are limping in. It has become a lost season for the defending Super Bowl champs, and they just claimed Baker Mayfield on waivers on Tuesday, who has a chance to start, though highly unlikely this week. If you don't know, I-15 is the highway that connects Las Vegas to Los Angeles. The Raiders are riding a three-game winning streak and are set up to make a run for an AFC playoff spot. Let's keep this touchdown train rolling, starting with Thursday's game.

As I said a few weeks back, trust in your research and bankroll management is the primary key to success. The wins will come! The good news is we have plenty of info on every NFL team we can use with our NFL picks. As usual, we're not going to shoot blindly and throw noodles at the wall to see if they stick just because a player's odds are long. The research I've done will always back up the reasoning behind my anytime touchdown scorer picks.

As the conductor of the anytime touchdown train, I've once again narrowed down the best options for anytime touchdown scorers for you here on Thursday Night Football in Week 14. Let's get to the best anytime touchdown picks for the Rams vs. Raiders. Best of luck if you tail!

Even better than my picks is the OddscheckerUS website compares odds from every sportsbook for every NFL game. This includes odds for anytime touchdown scorers, and we find where you can get the best price for your bet.

Kyren Williams (+340) (Bet $100 to Win $440) Click here for the best odds, available at DraftKings

Not many people are going to like this one but hear me out. The Rams are 6-point dogs in this one and will pass here often. Cam Akers and the run game were productive last week in a close game with Seattle, but I'm not convinced that success will continue Thursday night. There is not much to like about the Rams offense right now, but they do consistently throw in the red zone. In fact, they throw over 68% of the time when inside the opponent's 10-yard line. Only the Chargers throw more from that spot. Since Stafford's injury, they have increased their rush rate from 36% up to 50%, but I expect the Raiders to force the Rams into passing situations. Yes, Akers scored twice last week, and it appeared Williams took a backseat, but I'm banking on the Rams playing this game from behind. Williams is the clear passing down back, playing 100% of the snaps in the 2-minute offense over the last three weeks. The Raiders defense has allowed the most receiving yards, fourth-most receptions, and tied for the third most touchdowns via the pass to running backs. The running backs will be busy no matter who is under center for the Rams. The Rams have a woeful implied team total of just over 19 points, but the scoring must come from somewhere. I like taking a stab with the rookie at this price to score his first NFL touchdown in primetime!

Mack Hollins (+235) (Bet $100 to Win $335) Click here for the best odds, available at DraftKings

The Raiders will likely dominate the time of possession in this one. Let's be honest; they should dominate every facet of this game. The Rams will be without Aaron Donald again upfront, and Carr should be able to operate from a clean pocket as Vegas is top 10 in pass blocking. Carr has thrown at least two touchdown passes in five straight and in 9 of 12 games. The Rams defensive strength is stopping the run. I'm not saying Josh Jacobs won't produce, but the Raiders path to success will be easier via the pass. The Rams have allowed the second-most receptions to wide receivers this season and have been continuously torched on the perimeter. Over their last three games, the Rams are bottom-three in the NFL in passing yards per game, yards per attempt, and passer rating allowed! That's why I like Hollins and Davante Thursday night.

Hollins has been the Raiders only other deep threat, not named Davante. He is 19th in the NFL in deep targets, and since Waller has been out, he has seen a steady target share of 18%. The Rams have allowed seven passing touchdowns of at least 26 yards this season. Carr is tied with Jalen Hurts for the most completions of 30 or more yards this season. Tight End banana Foster Moreau also has an 18% target share with Waller out, but the Rams are much better versus tight ends than on the outside. Shoutout to Bobby Wagner! I don't hate sprinkling on Keelan Cole at (+500), as he has been the third receiver for the Raiders with Renfrow out. He's running a route over 72% of the time, but he has been invisible to Carr, seeing no more than two targets in any game over the last five weeks. Otherwise, I'd have more confidence in the slot receiver.

Davante Adams TD/Raiders Moneyline (+140) (Bet $100 to Win $240) Click here for the best odds, available at Bet365

This is the only way to get value with Davante, who is -150 or lower at most shops, and I think it's a great spot to do this. At Bet365, we are getting -110 but adding the moneyline gives us the necessary odds to make this palatable. Many people think; it's the Rams, so Jalen Ramsey will stick on Davante. Not so fast. Ramsey has not shadowed any player full-time yet this season. He will likely lean towards more snaps than not on Adams, but Davante will have plenty of routes to run against the likes of Troy Hill, Derion Kendrick, and David Long Jr. if he returns. Even if Ramsey shadows, I'm not concerned, as he is tied for the most touchdowns allowed in the NFL when in direct coverage this season (7)! Carr has a passer rating above 100 to his star wideout this season. Adams has at least one touchdown in 8 of 12 games and in 4 of his last 5. Adams has a massive 38.2% end zone target share and is on his way to having the best season in his career. This is the first time we're firing up a touchdown and win bet this season! In Davante we trust!
