Kansas City Chiefs vs. Cincinnati Bengals Prediction

Let’s start with the quarterback matchup for this game. Joe Burrow versus Patrick Mahomes is one of the best head-to-head battles that we have seen all season long. Mahomes will likely win league MVP this season, and I am willing to bet at some point that Joe Burrow will win an MVP award or two.

The Bengals and Chiefs played in this same exact game a season ago in a game that the Bengals came from behind and knocked off the Chiefs to advance to the AFC championship. The circumstances for this game are a little different, however.

  2. Our own Jon Conahan is expecting a big game from Joe Burrow and the Bengals
  3. 66% of Bets Backing Bengals to Advance to Super Bowl LVII

The reason for that is the health of Patrick Mahomes. Mahomes is playing this game with a high ankle sprain which has completely flipped this line. The line for this game opened -2.5 in favor of the Chiefs, and now we see this line at -2.5 in favor of the Bengals; another reason for this line movement is the amount of action that is on the Bengals.

It feels like the Bengals are a public darling at the moment, and it appears that has completely flipped this line to the Bengals.

I can not pass up this number on the Chiefs. I understand that Patrick Mahomes is not one hundred percent at the moment, but news flash, it is late January, and nobody is one hundred percent; I trust that the trainers will have him ready to go for this game and that he will do enough to stay on the field and play a great game on Sunday night.

I am somewhat shocked that I can get nearly a field goal at home with Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs, and I will gladly run with the points here. Let’s stay hot in the NFL and cash in!
