Everyone thinks that the Philadelphia Eagles are going to come out and try to run the ball, but in reality, they'll likely do the opposite. They could very well go against the script and test the Chiefs' secondary early. In the playoffs, the Eagles have thrown the ball for the first play of the game in both games. Based on that, I expect them to come out throwing again in the Super Bowl.
The Kansas City Chiefs, on the other hand, have been live or die by the pass the last few years. This should be an easy bet based on the value. The books are giving a pass to be the first play at +140 right now. Yes, the Chiefs ran the ball first in both their playoff games but I feel they will come out and try something new with a pretty healthy Patrick Mahomes under center. Look for both of these teams to come out and try to make a statement. I love this option and the value of this bet. It’s too good to turn down.
