Bet: Matthew Wolff +110Group: 4:50 p.m. – Alex Noren, Matthew Wolff
Alex Noren’s been some pretty solid golf over the last couple of days, however, I think Matthew Wolff still has plenty more to over. Wolff’s gained shots on the field off the tee as expected, but has been held back by the putter. He’s not the better putter in the field, but he’s certainly better than the current showing. There were improvements on day two, a similar performance should put him into contention for the final round.
Bet: Chez Reavie -105Group: 11:20 a.m. – Charl Schwartzel, Chez Reavie
Chez just snuck through to the final two days, and I’m going to side with him again against Schwartzel. Reavie still has shots to gain off the tee and approach, whereas it’s hard to see Schwartzel to gain so many shots putting on day three.
Bet: Webb Simpson -159Group: 2:50 p.m. – Webb Simpson, Brian Harman
Brian Harman has been stunning around the green as expected, however, Webb Simpson has got the putter warm which could be dangerous if he can get the rest of his game going.
Bet: Billy Horschel -110Group: 2:00 p.m. – Robert MacIntyre, Billy Horschel
Billy Horschel has been disappointing around the green and off the tee, previous records show he’s got a lot more in the locker here. The only concern for me with this bet is Robbie Mac will be well accustomed to these sort of conditions.
Bet: Hideki Matsuyama -150Group: 4:30 p.m. – Hideki Matsuyama, Si Woo Kim
Hideki will keep up this consistant performance, and will likely go onto another no-challenge top ten. However, it’s very hard to see Si Woo Kim approach game staying this hot. Unfortunately he could be one who has a Martin Kaymer kind of day.
Bet: Abraham Ancer -159Group: 2:20 p.m. – Abraham Ancer, Kurt Kitayama
Kurt Kitayama’s putter has been on fire and has kept in the game, however, it’s impossible he can keep firing them in over all four days. This course doesn’t necessarily work for Ancer, but another consistent round will get him over the line.
Bet: Ian Poulter +12512:30 p.m. – Phil Mickelson, Ian Poulter
These conditions should work out well for Ian Poulter. The firmer the greens get the more say Poulter will have, and will be well accustomed to the conditions. Mickelson has been fine off the tee so far, but there’s a blowout coming.
