Sam Eaton gives us a three-ball parlay for Day Two of the Wyndham Championship

Golf expert Sam Eaton is back with a 3-ball parlay from the second day of the Wyndham Championship.

Stake $20 and you could win $3255!

Bet: Zach Johnson @ +240

Group: Keith Mitchell, Si Woo Kim, Zach Johnson

I thought this course would be well set up for Zach Johnson, however, he had a shocking opening day with the putter which mean he currently sits in T88. The rest of the stats were pleasing and given he’s gained 1.4 shots in his last five tournaments with the putter, you can pretty confident he won’t drop 3.38 every round. Si Woo Kim’s putter was hot on the opening day, not something you’d always associate with him, Keith Mitchell looked out of sorts yesterday.

Bet: Sergio Garcia @ +135

Group: 7:40 a.m. – J.T. Poston, Brandt Snedeker, Sergio Garcia

Sergio could really do with a strong performance this week and he started the week off well. His approach play and around the green work was a little off, therefore has room to improve even though he hit -3 on Thursday.

Bet: Christian Bezuidenhout @ +131

Group: 8:40 a.m. – Luke List, Harry Higgs, Christiaan Bezuidenhout

This course looked primed for Bezuidenhout, however, his strongest asset let me down on the opening day. There’s little chance he’ll putt so poorly on day two. He’s got Harry Higgs covered, so will be a shoot-out between him and List. List is a danger, as he’s been flushing them, but is 4.05 shots gained T2G sustainable?

Bet: Billy Horschel @ -110

Group: 1:05 p.m. – Kevin Tway, Billy Horschel, Patton Kizzire

Billy Horschel’s putter is hot! He just needs the rest of his game to come on-board for a chance of climbing the leader board. Horschel might be worth having a dart at in the winners market.

Bet: Tommy Fleetwood @ +110

Group: 1:15 p.m. – Dylan Frittelli, Jim Furyk, Tommy Fleetwood

Tommy’s approach game has left him a little, but he’s far better than he showed in the opening round. The putter strangely got him out of bother and leaves him in contention. Similar to Horschel, if he can find the rest of the game he could mount a serious challenge.

Bet: Doc Redman @ +120

Group: 1:35 p.m. – Danny Lee, Bronson Burgoon, Doc Redman

Doc Redman was a worth each-way play heading in the competiton, and he had a solid opening day without shining in any asset. There’s probably better things to come from Redman, but this more betting against his opponents. Danny Lee’s game around the green and putting isn’t good enough for this course, and I’m not worried about Burgoon.
