2021 US Open Picks & Predictions For Day Two

Due to players not being able to finish their opening rounds on day one of the US Open, there will be plenty of golf played on the second day. We've picked out a monster 265/1 three-ball parlay for you to have a go at, and also added a couple of US Open outright predictions.

As for the 2021 US Open odds market, there's been no change at the top of the board with Jon Rahm remaining the betting favorite.

Louis Oosthuizen has shot up the US Open odds board, he's now the third favorite at +800.

Unfortunately for Jordan Spieth backers, his chances have dropped considerably after the opening day, his US Open odds now sit at +50000.

Firstly we'll tell you who makes our US Open day two parlay, and then tell you our couple of bonus US Open picks.

The first leg of the parlay doesn't start until the afternoon so you have plenty of time to place your US Open bets.

US Open Predictions: +26531 Day Two Parlay

Xander Schauffele to beat Homa and Mickelson -130 (FanDuel Sportsbook)

Xander is sitting pretty on the live US Open leaderboard at -2, which is remarkable as he's the only player in the top ten to drop shots putting on the opening day.

Schauffele is a pretty reliable putter, so if he can get it working for him on day two of the US Open, we could find him challenging Oosthuizen at the top of the leaderboard.

Jason Kokrak to beat Champ and Conners +125 (FanDuel Sportsbook)

Jason Kokrak was on my main US Open picks at the start of the week as I thought this course would work well with his game.

His game looked a little off on the opening day, but he's still got every chance of mounting a challenge. Cameron Champ's game looks gone, and Conners putter is off once again.

Tony Finau to beat Ancer and Berger +155 (FanDuel Sportsbook)

Like Jason Kokrak, Tony Finau featured in plenty of US Open predictions this week. Tony Finau is three over after day one.

He dropped shots off the tee which is unlike Finau, and also didn't get the putter firing on day one. Ancer's approach play really helped him out on day one of the US Open, but the rest of his game didn't look too hot.

I don't like this course for Berger despite him playing ok on day one.

Adam Hadwin to beat Long and Poston +120 (FanDuel Sportsbook)

This US Open pick is more about not fancying Joe Long or J.T Poston.

Hadwin had a decent opening day, and did slightly over index with the putter. All he has to do is beat JT Poston to win this three ball.

Ryan Palmer to beat Poulter and Walker +165 (FanDuel Sportsbook)

Ryan Palmer can't be as bad with the putter on day two of the US Open. Palmer dropped -4.93 shots with the putter on the opening day, which is remarkable given he average three shots gained with the putter in his last two tournaments.

If Palmer can sort out his problems with the putter then he should win this three-ball.

Rafa Cabrera Bello to beat Meronk and Kang +125 (FanDuel Sportsbook)

I was impressed with Rafa on the opening day of the 2021 US Open, and his game looked in really good shape.

Meronk has got the game to compete on this course, however, I don't think there's much chance he gains 2.17 shots with the putter again today.

Si Woo Kim to beat Na and Wiesberger +100 (FanDuel Sportsbook)

Wiesberger looked out of sorts on the opening day of the US Open, and Kevin Na dropped shots in every field.

Kevin Na could easily flip those stats with the putter, but it will be a lot harder with the rest of his game.

Si Woo Kim finished level par, which was impressive as he left a few shots out there with the putter.

2021 US Open Predictions

Patrick Cantlay +2000

Patrick Cantlay's approach game let him down on the opening day of the US Open. Cantlay dropped 1.41 shots in approach on Thursday. Given he averaged seven shots gained in approach over the last two tournaments, he could quite easily flip that. He's one under and yet to finish his round, he looks good value at 20/1.

Sam Burns +150000

Sam Burns is five shots back with three holes to play, and like Cantlay had a tough time in approach. A lot can change in three days, and that 150/1 looks pretty juicey to me.
