The PGA Tour leaves Hawaii after a two-week stint on the island and heads to California for The American Express. Luckily for you, we have Geoff Fienberg and Rick Gehman together again to give us their American Express predictions and picks.

This week's American Express predictions start a fair way down the board at +5500. Now, Geoff is known to add a golfer or two to his card on Wednesday, but for right now, his American Express predictions and picks start in the 55/1 range.

The American Express Predictions

American Express predictions are tricky for a couple of reasons. First of all, Jon Rahm is in the field, so any pick that isn't him is going to have to be weighed against their ability to take down the world's No. 1 golfer.

The second reason that American Express predictions and picks will be tricky to gauge is because of the format for this event. This is a three-course event with an extended cut, only furthering the variables you need to consider when making your picks.
