The Flames have been led by young forward Johnny Gaudreau this season; Johnny Hockey, as he is nicknamed, had a huge goal to give the Flames a 2-0 lead in game four. The Flames will need him to lead them again tonight to take the lead on this tough Stars team. The Stars, led by veteran captain Jamie Benn are a hard-nosed team who will not be an easy out.
The Flames do have a chance to expand this lead to 3-2 tonight before heading back to Dallas. The Flame's issue early in the series was scoring goals. The Flames responded with a solid game four on the offensive end. The Stars have struggled to score all season long, and that has been an issue for them once again in this series.
I am backing the Calgary Flames on the minus one line tonight. The Flames have been a very good home team this season, and I think they know how important this home game is tonight.
