Calgary Flames vs. Edmonton Oilers Best Bet: Will the Over Hit Again?

Now onto the second game of the evening and I will not dive too deep into this one as the first game went virtually exactly as expected and I would not be shocked if we had some more of the same this evening. Let's dive into the odds, predictions, and picks for Flames vs. Oilers.

Calgary Flames vs. Edmonton Oilers Prediction

Yes Jacob Markstrom conceded quite a few goals but it is not concerning in my opinion, the horses on the Edmonton squad are electric and you will have a hard time finding anyone who can keep Connor McDavid, Leon Draisaitl & Co. off the board.

Calgary still score at will; they dropped nine on the combined effort of both Edmonton netminders and although you can almost be positive they play better between the pipes today I am not sure by how much. At some point in the series there should be a very low scoring game (in comparison to the fourteen-goal precedent set in game one and slugfests between these two squads the last two seasons) but I do not think it happens tonight. This one was all gas no brakes in game one and I expect the same tonight.
