Well we had a lot of early start times today which I am honestly not a huge fan of. Our Tampa Bay Lightning Series play is looking excellent now with a 3-0 lead in the series so I will not complain too much but I do not like how TNT switches up the routine start times for the players and us just for production purposes (at least that’s my theory.) Nonetheless, we are doing great in the battle for Florida, now we head back up north this evening for game three of the slugfest that has been the battle for Alberta.

Edmonton looked dead in the water for a moment as Calgary once again started incredibly strong leaving the first with the lead but the resilience of the top horses for the Oilers shined through late and they were able to knot up the series with a 5-3 victory.
Heading into game three I am not entirely sure what to expect in regards to who takes this one. It is up for grabs. However, I do know that after blowing the chance to take a strong 2-0 lead in the series, I expect Calgary to come out hot. Edmonton will answer and that is why we are once again backing the total and I will ride it all series long. I have said in each article one of these games will likely fall short of the total as series hockey tends to change the pace at some point but for the most part I expect the goals to continue to flow in this series.
Calgary has incredible depth and all lines are buzzing strong. Edmonton lacks the top to bottom talent but their horses are incredible. They may be top heavy but with the top six or seven guys they have out there they get away with it, they are that good.
This series should go six or seven games and I feel like either can take control at some point but I believe in the overall strength of the Calgary squad. We are on them in the series and I am sticking with them. I said before I would love to see Edmonton in the Western Conference Finals, I just think this Calgary team is not going to give an inch.
