Blues vs. Avalanche Game 6 Line Movement

St. Louis Blues vs. Colorado Avalanche Game 6 Prediction

Well, guys, this is the now fourth time I have said this in the postseason and thus far they have done their part in all three of those games; this evening St. Louis must win this hockey game.

I said on Wednesday night that the guys needed to start playing better in front of Ville, forwards needed to do more, less emotional decision making all of it. They are a damn good hockey team when they play blues hockey; they have dealt with adversity, yes but you still cannot get away from your game. They got back to it in game five and they played relentless, resilient hockey.

They are back to a 12-6 forward/D-man split and after seeing the strategy, game plan and plat improve drastically in game five I really like what we have going for us going into game six.

The pressure is on Colorado; Say what you will the team yes in the same situation as Toronto, there’s a lot of pressure on them from the city and guys out there know what they are expected to do. They failed to close out the series on home ice and game five; they are still in the driver's seat but the pressure is there again and now they have to try to take another game in St. Louis.

St. Louis was in the dog house last game and is far from clear of it yet but that light at the end of the tunnel is shining a little brighter here now. The St. Louis Blues are an incredible playoff hockey team, they win both on the road and at home but they did drop both games of the series at home so far; I find it really hard to believe they get swept on home ice in the series.

I’m on the total again as I believe goals will come as they have and know if the notes are trailing they will not lose this game by one.

I said Wednesday night Game six did not matter then and it did not, it was all about that one. Tonight game seven does not matter, it’s this game, these shifts, these three periods. Find a way to play one more hockey game this season, find a way to keep them on their heels.

These guys have done everything for us in the last two months end of this season has done all of the right things to make them capable of winning this hockey game, I am riding with my guys until the wheels fall off. Go do a job, you know how to.

Love the total if you don’t want to back a side and I am telling you either squad can come out on top here tonight but this St. Louis squad is feeling it and they very much have the momentum heading into this one. Do something with it.
