Avalanche vs. Oilers Game 2 Line Movement

Colorado Avalanche vs. Edmonton Oilers Game 2 Prediction

The Edmonton Oilers vs. the Colorado Avalanche will battle it out from the mole high in game two of this seven-game Western Conference Championship series. Game one of this series was one for the ages. The Avs ended up winning the game 8-6, and so if you like offense or took the over, this game was sent from heaven for you.

Game two of the series is expected to be high scoring once again, with the total all the way up to seven. This season the Oilers and Avs ranked one and two in the NHL in goals per game. In game one, the Avs lit up Oilers starting goaltender Mike Smith as he was pulled from the game early in the second period. The Avs saw their starting goalie Darcy Kuemper depart due to an injury, but they were able to overcome the injury thanks to the offense.

This series looks like it will be a good one and has the chance to go the distance. The Oilers were heavy dogs in their last series against the Flames, but they were able to get past them in five games. They know that the Avs are a different animal and that they will have to play a near-perfect game to steal one on the road tonight.

We will be taking another player prop, and we are 7-1 on player props in the playoffs. This one may be the easiest one we have bet so far, which is crazy considering our record. We will be looking at the best player on earth in the form of Connor McDavid.

McDavid, the reigning MVP of the league, was held down to just two goals in game one of this series. Tonight we will be taking McDavid to get over 3.5 shots on goal. The reasoning is pretty obvious he is the best player on earth and was held down in game one. I expect him to be uber aggressive tonight, looking for his shot more often than in the first game. I also expect the Oilers to create more power-play opportunities, something they are very good at tonight. He logs the most time of any forward on the team, so the chances will be there. Let’s stay hot on the ice!
