Well, I was just not looking at the date yesterday as I handicapped this game the first time around but hey, it’s not my fault that they jacked up the schedule. Anyways, the extra day has given me some time to look into this game a bit further and I have actually added a few plays to my card for this one. Let's dive into my prediction, picks, and odds for Game 2 between Avalanche vs Lightning.

Avalanche vs. Lightning Game 2 Prediction

I think this Same Game Parlay has crazy good value as we are virtually just getting this team total at a better price… If Tampa Bay scores three goals I think they win so I can virtually guarantee you they do not lose the game by three or more goals. Like I said in my article on the game itself yesterday, they really need this game to put this series back within their grasp, it is not a must-win but feels like it. They should win outright but if it is another high-scoring game look for the Bolts to contribute and keep it tight until the final horn at the very least.

These two props go right in line with the last play and read on the game. There is a sense of urgency tonight, and the guys need to get going. Kucherov, Stamkos, and Hedman all have north of 56 shots on goal this postseason and no one else on the Bolts roster has more than 39. They are all leading pointmen, and key offensive contributors and will be out there for the man advantage opportunities they have this evening. Stamkos o2.5 shots on goal should hit but the price is steep and since he led the charge last game I am going elsewhere tonight. Kuch was held to one and Hedman has been sitting at two for a few games now.
