NHL Parlay for Tuesday: Building Around Lightning vs Penguins, Avalanche vs Sharks
Well, this parlay we are playing tonight is a little juicy and rather square, but if there was ever a night this season to do just that, I really like taking my chances on these spots tonight. You have two fat, superior, playoff-bound squads on losing streaks playing inferior teams who have already given up on the season.

NHL Parlay for Tuesday
Leg one: Tampa Bay ML
It is hard to trust Tampa Bay right now, but they have to right the ship soon in my eyes, and I think it will happen tonight. Andrei Vasilevskiy is and will continue to play like the best netminder in the league on a nightly basis. I don’t think we have seen his best year, but his above-average is still better than most, and you can’t blame most of this on him; the defense has been abysmal.
On this five-game skid, they still have scored three or more goals and three of those games, but when you are conceding as you have been, that’s not enough. After being shut out and, quite frankly, embarrassed by the Carolina Hurricanes on Sunday, I really think they will push back hard tonight. They dropped both home games last week and are back on home ice tonight. I think we see a strong effort as they look to right the ship tonight against a Philly squad they have, for the most part, dominated in recent years.
Leg 2: Colorado ML
The second leg of this parlay will take place up in the mountains as the San Jose Sharks are in Denver to battle with the Colorado Avalanche. Colorado has taken four of the last five meetings between these two squads, and the last three have all come on the puck line. San Jose's season is very much over, and while they are keeping things competitive and had a solid win over a good Winnipeg Jets squad last time out, they face a Colorado team on a three-game skid that will be hungry on home ice tonight.
Alexandar Georgiev has been electric this season and is currently sporting a sub-three save percentage. Meanwhile, his counterpart tonight, Kaapo Kahkonen, is sitting north of a 3.5 GAA. I am not going to dive much further into this one, the play is square, but I love these spots, and these teams are due to get back on track. I will have some more action later, but for now, I am trusting last year’s Stanley Cup match-up to get the job done for us.
