2022 Formula 1 Best Bets: Bahrain Grand Prix
The Formula 1 Season is here! We start it off this weekend in Bahrain where the guys will be racing for real. Enough with the practice sessions -- let's see how the new cars, the new drivers, the new principles, and the new teams do when it matters. Here are a couple betting angles that I can see being profitable this weekend.

Carlos Sainz to Podium (-125) (Bet $125 to win $100)
The Ferrari car looks FAST! I think Carlos will be in a great position to contend for the win this week. He will drive with a lot of focus and his high finish will continue this ongoing discussion between him and Leclerc as being the main driver for the team. I wouldn't be surprised if both finish in the top 3 this week. The Scuderia team has been focused on the 2022 season earlier than most of the other constructors, and I think that will pay dividends for them early on.

Winning Margin under 4 seconds (+100) (Bet $100 to win $100)
I see a close race throughout in every scenario -- whether it's Red Bull leading with Ferrari and Mercedes chasing or Ferrari leading with Red Bull and Mercedes chasing. The first race is always an unknown but I believe the focus to not mess up and secure points will create a finish where the guys will all be pretty close with each other.

Lando Norris Top 10 Finish (-140) (Bet $140 to win $100)
We saw last year Lando has the makings to be a real star for a very long time on the circuit. I believe he is the clear-cut number one driver for McLaren as his teammate is dealing with not only health issues but hasn't had the results in recent years. McLaren will have the pace as a top 10 car, so as long as Lando doesn't make any major mistakes I believe he should get this with ease.
