Race 1 – Pick #1 Magicstick (9/2 ML) - Click here to bet with TVG

Morning line favorite Noble Callisto only has one career start. He was beaten 22 ½ lengths in the slop going shorter at Delaware Park on August 29th. Not exactly the credentials for a favorite. So backing a stranger would be a good idea here. First time starter Magicstick has been working out very well locally. Trainer Leland Hayes is 1 for 1 with firsters the past year, winning on August 3rd with Act Like a Lady. Jockey Nathan Vickers gets on a lot of horses in the morning so he should be familiar with this horse.

Race 7 – Pick #2 Wapiti Way (5-1 ML) - Click here to bet with TVG

After setting the pace and tiring in allowance this distance, Wapiti Way returns to starter allowance. Two starts back he closed well to finish second by a head at this distance and level. Harry Hernandez was aboard for the race ad has the mount here. Two of his three career victories have been at Presque Isle. He is versatile enough to set the pace or stalk the pace successfully versus these.

Race 8 – Pick #1 Mission Driven (6-1 ML) - Click here to bet with TVG

Mission Driven actually finished first this distance and level two back, but he was then disqualified and placed second. In his last start he was closer to the pace than usual and ended up third. With the switch to Walber Alencar and expected return of running style to further back of the pace, should be enough to get Mission Driven back to the winners circle.
