Can anyone knock off the massive favorite, Flightline on Saturday evening in Lexington? Oddsmakers certainly don't believe so as the undefeated four-year-old looks to make it an unblemished 6-0 in his young, illustrious career. The thoroughbred has been widely regarded as the most dominant thoroughbred since Secretariat. The John W. Sadler-trained Colt was given a 139 rating in this past September's World's Best Racehorse Rankings, which is the highest score ever given for a horse running on dirt. Flavien Prat will look to jockey Flightline to a victory at Keeneland Race Course after the 30-year-old Frenchman led Country House to a win at the 2019 Kentucky Derby before helping Rombauer win the 2021 Preakness Stakes.
When it comes to some of Flightline's biggest foes for Saturday evening, oddsmakers think Epicenter (+500), Life Is Good (+600), and Taibi (+800) are his biggest adversaries. Epicenter famously finished 2nd back-to-back at this year's Kentucky Derby and Preakness Stakes, respectively, and looks to end 2022 on a high note and doing what he couldn't do earlier this year and that's winning a Triple Crown race.
