The weekend is here and we are back with our favorite leagues in Europe. RB Leipzig will be determined to make it three wins in a row as they’re hosting struggling Wolfsburg, Meanwhile, in Italy, in-form Fiorentina travels to play depleted and relegation-threatened Cagliari while AS Roma will have a tough match against Empoli. Yes, for this weekend we have three picks in our parlay! Let's break it down.

After a solid start to their domestic campaign, Wolfsburg is nowhere to be found. They sacked head Mark van Bommel after just 13 rounds in charge, replacing him with former Werder Bremen manager Florian Kohfeldt but they enter this game on the back of 11 winless games. They lost their identity, and the future doesn't look bright. Their attitude on the pitch is questionable and even their most important striker, Wout Weghorst, seems lost.
They have the second-worst attack in the league with just 17 goals scored in 19 games, and they failed to find the back of the net in five of their previous six domestic fixtures. On the other side, RB Leipzig is back in business. They won their first away match last weekend, beating Stuttgart 2-0 on the road, with Christopher Nkunku and Andre Silva contributing on the scoreboard. One of their most important players, Yussuf Poulsen, was injured for almost two months, and since returning to the starting XI, RB Leipzig keeps on winning.
The hosts have a perfect opportunity to close the gap on the top four, with Dortmund and Hoffenheim facing each other this weekend, and at least one of them, if not both, will definitely drop points. Leipzig's home record is excellent. They won seven of their ten home games scoring 29 goals in the process.
- 1st Pick of the Parlay: RB Leipzig ML (-192)
Cagliari vs. Fiorentina - Sunday, January 23 - 6:30 am ET

After two crucial wins against Bologna and Sampdoria, Cagliari returned to losing ways last weekend, losing all three points against AS Roma. On top of that, they lost their midweek Italian Cup game 1-0 to Sassuolo. They are sitting 18th in the standings with just 16 points earned in 22 games, two points behind the first salvation spot occupied by Venezia. They will be without six starting players, all testing positive with covid.
They lost all their games against the top seven teams in the standings having the third-worst defense in the league with 43 goals conceded in 22 games. On the other side, Fiorentina destroyed Genoa last weekend, beating them 6-0, leapfrogging AS Roma in the standings on goals difference. They are seven points behind the Champions League spots, and they will fight for it till the end of the season. They beat Cagliari in the reverse match, keeping a clean sheet. They are not the best road team, but given their form and Cagliari's squad issues, they should have enough to return home with the three points.
- 2nd Pick of the Parlay: Fiorentina ML (-164)
Empoli vs. AS Roma - Sunday, January 23 - 12:00 pm ET

Our third and final pick comes with the same Italian top-flight league. After two defeats in a row, AS Roma returned to winning ways last weekend, beating Cagliari 1-0 on home soil. They now travel to play Empoli, and we expect them to concede.
Yes, Empoli are overachievers this season, sitting 11th in the standings, but they are one of the most entertaining teams to watch. They kicked off the new year with some poor results, but we still trust them to find the back of the net. They allowed 43 goals in 22 games, but they are one of the best-attacking teams in the league, with 35 goals netted this season. At home, they scored 17 goals in 11 games, failing to find the back of the net on just two occasions. On the other side, AS Roma has kept just two clean sheets on the road against the last two teams in the standings, Genoa and Salernitana.
