Champions League Betting Odds: Man City vs. Real Madrid Odds, Picks and Predictions
Below you'll find picks for both of Friday's games. Bet them individually or as a parlay.
Man City to win and Both Teams To Score @ +195
- Man City are undefeated in their past 8 Champions League games
Manchester City won the first leg in Madrid before the Covid-19 outbreak and months later they'll be looking forward to defending that lead. Sergio Ramos being suspended is a big boost for a Man City team who have 2+ goals in 13 of their previous 16 Champions League games. I think they'll manage to score multiple teams against a weakened Madrid defense, and one which will be left isolated due to Madrid's need to score at least 2 goals.
Whilst I think Man City will win, and score multiple goals, I don't trust their backline especially against Real Madrid who have to overturn that deficit from the first game. Take that +195 to the bank.
Ronaldo to score anytime @ +107
- Ronaldo has scored 35 goals in all competitions this season
There's not much to say about Cristiano Ronaldo that hasn't been said before. He may be winding down his career but the 35-year old still managed 31 goals in Serie A this season, and is an integral member of this team.
Juventus lost the first leg 1-0 and will need to score in Turin. There is nobody on the planet you'd want on your team in a must-score situation that Ronaldo, a man who shoulders responsibility with ease and always thrives in the big moments.
+107 isn't a big price for an anytime scorer but it's the obvious choice here and is short as -200 with one sportsbook.
Champions League Betting Odds
Friday sees two second-leg ties. Firstly Juventus welcome Lyon to Turin and have to overcome a 1-0 loss in France. Juventus are clear favorites at -223 with another win for Lyon priced at a huge +650. The draw is available at +370.
Manchester City face Real Madrid in an empty Etihad Stadium, and at -138 they're the most likely to win according to the books. Real Madrid lost 2-1 at home and have lost Sergio Ramos to suspension, but are priced at +335 to get the win here.

With such a lot of attacking talent on display there could be value in the first goal market. Gabriel Jesus is +475 favorite, just ahead of Raheem Sterling at +500. For Madrid it is Karim Benzema who is most likely to open scoring at +650.
Champions League Betting
Bettors are confident that Juventus beat Lyon, having taken 65.42% of the handle over the past 7 days, and 80% of total bets. Only 8.77% of bets are backing Lyon to upset the odds and get another win over the Old Lady.
Manchester City have taken the majority of bets to win the game, with 46.85% of bets on them winning the match, compared with just 37.39% backing Real Madrid. Interestingly though a far larger share of the handle has been on Man City who account for 72.4% of the money wagered on the game in the past week, this suggests that some big money has been placed on Man City.
