In the first leg I recommended backing Liverpool to beat RB Leipzig despite the German side being the popular choice for the win, but here I'm going to back Leipzig.
They were dreadful when they last faced Liverpool with their defensive players looking disjointed, out of form and to be frank, dreadful. Julian Nagelsmann is one of the best coaches in Europe right now and I think he'll have learned from that last game and won't make the same mistakes again.
Leipzig come into this game knowing what they need to do and I think they're tactically astute enough in order to be win, even if they don't manage to turn the tables enough and get through to the next round.
Despite Liverpool being the 'home' team this match takes place in a neutral stadium, so Liverpool won't have any advantage there. Liverpool have been dreadful in the past month or so, for a number of reasons, and while I think that talk about Liverpool's demise has been overstated, and that they'll be back next year, I do think they're in trouble for the remainder of this campaign.
