1**u – Mohamed Salah to score first @ +440 (Click To Bet)**
As you can see from the volume of bets I'm wagering on this game, I think there's huge value to be had. I've not felt this confident about a Champions League game, between two close teams, very often this season but I really can't look beyond a Liverpool win here.
Granted, this Liverpool side isn't the same as the team which romped to the Premier League last year but I believe that they're slowly getting themselves back to the level they need. They've struggled without key men this term but in the Champions League they've been consistently strong.
Saturday's victory over Arsenal was a demolition job and they'll be in high spirits coming into this game. Predicting results isn't an exact science but I think we can look at Chelsea's routine victory over Atletico in the last round, as a good omen for this game. The reality is, that the Premier League is from top to bottom, the strongest league in the world, despite Man City making it look too easy as they walk to the title. Liverpool despite a testing campaign are simply better than Real Madrid, something I think we'll see as this game progresses across both legs.
Real Madrid still have those famous white jerseys but they don't play like they used to. Sergio Ramos' injury has deprived them of their best defender and I think Salah and Mane will be able to get at Nacho who'll be alongside Raphael Varane in the heart of Madrid's backline. Eden Hazard too is missing and although the Belgian has yet to convince Real Madrid's fanbase that he was worth the huge transfer fee, it's clear to those that watched him at Chelsea that he is the real deal. That leaves Real relying on an aging midfield to supply Karim Benzema, who has really done well since taking the limelight after Ronaldo left. Kroos and Modric are still two of the world's best passers but I think they could struggle against the energy of Fabino and Wijnaldum in Liverpool's midfield.
I really can't see Liverpool leaving without a victory and in Mohamed Salah they have a player who has still scored 26 goals for his club this year, despite a miserable season for the team. With Erling Haaland and Kylian Mbappe ascending in their status it feels like it's been overlooked just how good Salah is. Let's not forget that he's been linked with a move to Real Madrid in recent years and speculation about a transfer this summer is still out there. I could see Salah treating this like an audition and putting on a real showcase of his ability.

I don't usually do Same Game Parlays for Champions League games but I think there's some great value to be had here. So if you use Same Game Parlays or Bet Builders, then this is a multi leg parlay for the game that I think offers big value.
1. Liverpool Moneyline - I'm confident in Liverpool winning this game.
2. Under 2.5 Goals - As the trends above show, we've seen Under 2.5 Goals in 11 of Liverpool's past 12 games.
3. Mohamed Salah Anytime Goalscorer - Liverpool's best player is likely to be their hero today.
4. Both Teams To Score No - I don't believe this Real Madrid team will score.

Tuesday Champions League Parlay
0.25u - Liverpool to win 2-0, Man City to win 3-0 @ +12500
I really believe that both English sides are superior here and despite the likes of Erling Haaland and Karim Benzema, we should expect a clean sheet for both.
