We're now into the third week of Premier League soccer and starting get a good handle on who is hot, and who is not. Last week we netted some good profit as we backed Everton with the handicap. So let's get stuck into this weekend's picks. Bet them individually or as a parlay.

5 Team Parlay - $20 stake would return $5010

Saturday Premier League Picks

Crystal Palace vs. Everton predictions - 10:00am ET

1u - Everton -1 @ +300

- Everton are undefeated against Crystal Palace in their past 11 games in all competitions

I've been banging the drum for Everton since the start of the Premier League season, and last week we cashed a great handicap bet on the Toffees. We're all aware of how good James Rodriguez looks, his passing looks effortless and he's been sensational so far, but it's the midfield he's part of that's impressed me, with Allan a real highlight.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin is starting to turn into a top frontman, and I can't see anything but a comfortable Everton win against Palace this Saturday. Grab the handicap and enjoy making cash on Everton before the odds shorten further.

West Brom vs. Chelsea predictions - 12:30pm ET

1u - Chelsea win to nil @ +135

- Chelsea have kept a clean sheet in their past 4 against WBA in all competitions

I'm still not totally sold on Chelsea. I don't think Frank Lampard is a particuarly astute or talented manager, nor do I think that his team will gel and bed in quickly given the number of new signings. I do however, think that they're superior to West Brom, and will be able to secure three points without condeeding a goal, even with Kepa in goal.

Burnley vs. Southampton predictions - 3:00pm ET

1u - Burnley @ +225

- Burnley haven't lost to Southampton in their past 7 meetings, in their home stadium, in all competitions

They may have lost 4-2 to Leicester last weekend but I've still got confidence in Burnley surpassing expectations this year. I'm willing to look at that loss as them being rusty, it was their first game of the season, and also that they faced a very good Leicester side.

Southampton have been a Jekyll and Hyde team since the arrival of Ralph Hasenhüttl as manager, sometimes capable of brilliance and other times looking anject. I'm expecting another poor performance today against a tough and resolute Burnley. It's not going to be a pretty game, or an exciting one, but Burnley will win here and that price is very large considering that they're at home.

Sunday Premier League Picks

Sheffield United vs. Leeds predictions - 7:00am ET

1u - Over 2.5 Goals @ +105

- Leeds previous two Premier League games have finished 4-3

Over 2.5 goals for better than even money looks incredible value given that both of Leeds previous two Premier League games this season have finished 4-3. Obviously that streak can't continue forever but I'm still expecting goals today.

Last season Sheffield United were one of the best defensive units in the league but they've not looked right this season and everything has yet to click. I think that these odds are based on what they did last year, and not what they've offered so far this season, so let's stick to the form book and take the over.

West Ham vs. Wolves predictions - 2:00pm ET

1u - Wolves -1 @ +300

- Wolves have won all 4 games against West Ham since getting promoted to the Premier League in 2018

+300 is a large price for this Wolves team against West Ham. West Ham are in a mess, their fans want the owners to leave and the manager David Moyes will be coaching via video link as he recuperates from Covid-19 and they've lost both games in the Premier League so far.

Wolves looked good against Manchester City in their one Premier League game of the year so far. They did lose but they managed to score and perform well. They will continue to do well in the Premier League this year and the handicap looks like cracking value against a West Ham team that has shown us nothing so far.
