Here are five of my favorite plays for Saturday’s English Premier League games. With Saturday’s games part of the traditional ‘Boxing Day’ games that have long been a part of English soccer. You can bet these individually, or as a parlay for a bumper return.

5 Team Parlay - $50 stake would return $8500

Saturday Premier League Picks

Leicester vs. Man Utd predictions – 7:30am ET

1u – Both Teams To Score - Yes @ -160

- There have been Over 2.5 goals in Man Utd’s last 6 road games

Leicester have been fantastic this season and deserve to be sat near the summit of the Premier League. Manchester United meanwhile appear to have turned up out of nowhere. It was only a couple of weeks ago when fans were calling for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s head after the early Champions League exit, but now there are hopes of winning the league. It’s too hard to pick a winner in this game, but one thing we can be sure on is that both teams will be attacking, and that a busy Christmas schedule could mean tired defenders and an increased chance of goals.

Aston Villa vs. Crystal Palace predictions - 10:00am ET

1u – Aston Villa win to nil @ +265

- Aston Villa have kept a clean sheet in their last 3 matches

Crystal Palace come into this match on the wrong side of a real thrashing from Liverpool. Now they travel to the midlands to face Aston Villa, who have been one of the league’s surprise packages this season. Villa have been impressive at the back recently, and have had 3 clean sheets in their past 3 games. It’s only Manchester City who have conceded less, which should concern Palace. I see this as an easy win for Villa, with the home win at -105, it’s worth upgrading the odds and taking the win to nil here.

Gameweek 15 Premier League picks

Fulham vs. Southampton predictions – 10:00am ET

1u - Southampton @ +135

- Southampton are undefeated in their last 6 away matches

Fulham have been much improved of late and now sit in 18th, only 2 points away from Brighton, 3 from Burnley and 4 from Arsenal. Southampton meanwhile are up in 7th and have been superb. Fulham’s biggest issue is that they are so weak at the back and have given up far too many easy goals. This won’t be a walk in the park for Southampton but they should get the 3 points here.

Arsenal vs. Chelsea predictions – 12:30pm ET

1u – Chelsea win to nil @ +240

- Arsenal have failed to win their last 7 games

Chelsea have the third best defensive record in the league. Having only given up 14 goals so far this season, in 14 games. Arsenal are in terrible form, losing at such a rate that Mikel Arteta is under serious pressure in his role. There seems to be very little to enjoy in Arsenal’s performances. Their first games under Arteta, they looked creative and attacking, but now they play like they’re scared, and a timid, and uncreative team, will struggle against Chelsea, who have improved significantly since the addition of Thiago Silva at the back.

Sheffield United vs. Everton predictions – 3:00pm ET

1u – Everton -1 @ +260

- Sheffield United haven’t won in 17 Premier League games

Sheffield United are on course for the worst Premier League performance of any team in history. They’ve been dreadful, scoring just 8 goals but conceding a huge 25. They play Everton, who have beaten Arsenal, Leicester and Chelsea in the past few weeks. They have so much attacking talent, and against this abject Sheffield United side I think it’s smart to take Everton with a one goal handicap.
