<h2>WHO QUALIFIES FOR THE COMPETITION? </h2>
<p>1) This Competition is only available to US residents aged 21 or over. </p>

<p>6) For each competition, OddsChecker will specify: - how to submit your entry; - how many winners and how they will be picked; - start and end time of the competition; and - the type of prize that can be won (see above for details).</p>
<p>7) OddsChecker reserves the right to disqualify any entrant posting content on the community which, in the opinion of the judges, includes objectionable content, including, but not limited to, profanity, nudity, potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory or defamatory images or language.</p>

<h2>ANNOUNCING WINNERS </h2>
<p>9) OddsChecker will notify the winners within 72 hours of the Competition closing via email. The winners will be asked to provide us, within 48 hours of notification, their name, proof of age, home address, and contact telephone number. This information may be passed on to Prize Shark to fulfil the prize only (see paragraph 13). The winner will likely receive their prize within 45 days.

<p>10) OddsChecker reserves the right to withhold delivery of the prizes until such proof of eligibility has been confirmed or if such proof is not provided on request, to disqualify the entrant from the Competition and to select another winner based on the selection criteria detailed for this Competition.</p>
<p>11) If we do not receive contact or proof of age and address from a winner within 48 hours of notification and/or a winner does not wish to accept the prize, another winner will be selected based on the selection criteria detailed for this Competition.</p>

<p>13) If you are the winner of the Competition, your personal data may be passed on to our partner, Prizeshark Ltd (https://prizeshark.com/), in order for the prize to be sent directly to the address requested by you. <h2>IMPORTANT TERMS </h2>
<p>14) OddsChecker reserves the right to change the value or type of prize with reasonable equivalents. </p>
<p>15) There is no alternative in whole or in part for the prize offered. </p>
<p>16) Ticket prizes and/or entry into an event prize will be subject to the event holder's terms and conditions of entry. Fulfillment of ticket/event prizes is subject to availability and restrictions. </p>

<p>21) Promotional offers are intended to enhance a customer's enjoyment of our services and any attempts to manipulate or abuse a promotion, or abuse the spirit of a promotion, will not be tolerated and may lead to forfeiture, blocking or cancellation of the prize under this promotion, as well as an immediate exclusion from this and future promotions and/or closing of the account (as applicable). <h2>1. The promoter</h2>

<h2>2. The competition</h2>
<p>2.1 The title of the competition is “Predict the top three at the 2023 RSM Classic to win $10,000”.</p>
<p>2.2 Entrants must submit a prediction for the top three players in the correct finishing order at the 2023 RSM Classic, to be eligible to win a $10,000 prize. Predictions must be submitted via the competition widget provided by Oddschecker on www.oddschecker.com/us .</p>
<h2>3. How to enter</h2>
<p>3.1 The competition will run from 00:00 on Monday 13th November 2023 (Eastern Time) (the "Opening Date") to 09:00 (Eastern Time) on Thursday 16th November 2023 (the "Closing Date ").</p>
<p>3.2 All competition entries must be received by the Oddschecker via the competition widget by no later than 09:00 (Eastern Time) on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.</p>
<p>3.3 To enter the competition you must (i) click on the online competition widget at www.oddschecker.com/us, (ii) submit your email address to Oddschecker and sign up for an Oddschecker account (iii) agree to receive marketing and promotional communications from Oddschecker as well as from Oddschecker’s partner www.golfmonthly.com , (iv) complete your predictions on the online competition widget and (v) press submit. All actions must be completed by 09:00 (Eastern Time) on the Closing Date.</p>
<p>3.4 No purchase is necessary and there is no charge to register for use of the Oddschecker website.</p>
<p>3.5 Oddschecker will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid or delayed, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. </p>
<p>3.6 By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.</p>

<p>3.9 The entrant who predicts the top three finishers at the 2023 RSM Classic in the correct order shall win the prize. If multiple entrants predict the top three finishers in the correct order, the prize will be split between all such entrants. If the golfers in the 2023 RSM Classic finish tied, the order will be determined on countback, with the player with the best final round score given the higher finishing position. If still tied, the best round 3 score will be used. If still tied, the best round 2 score will be used. If still tied, the best round 1 score will be used. If still tied, the order will be determined by alphabetical order of surname of each golfer. If no entrant predicts the correct order then the prize will not be awarded.</p>
<h2>4. Eligibility</h2>
<p>4.1 The competition is only open to residents of the United States of America aged 21 years or over, except:</p>
<p>(a) residents of New York, Washington or Florida;</p>
<p>(b) employees of Oddschecker or its holding or subsidiary companies;</p>
<p>(c) employees of agents or suppliers of Oddschecker or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or</p>
<p>(d) members of the immediate families or households of (b) and (c) above.</p>
<p>4.2 In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. Oddschecker may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.</p>
<p>4.3 There is a limit of one entry per person, family, household address, email address and IP address. Oddschecker reserves the right to withdraw the availability of promotions to any person or group of persons at any time.</p>
<p>4.4 Oddschecker reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.</p>
<h2>5. The prize</h2>
<p>5.1 The prize is $10,000 </p>
<p>5.2 Oddschecker reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Oddschecker 's control make it necessary to do so.</p>
<p>5.3 The prize is not negotiable or transferable.</p>
<p>5.4 Winners will be notified via email within 15 days of the Closing Date. Winners must respond to the email within 5 days to claim the prize, otherwise Oddschecker reserves the right to increase the prize share of the other winners (if multiple entrants have won) or not to award the prize at all (if there is only one winner). </p>
<h2>6. Winners</h2>
<p>6.1 If you are the winner, Oddschecker will contact you personally within 15 days of the Closing Date using the email address that you have provided to Oddschecker as per clause 2.5 (ii) (“Notification”).</p>
<p>6.2 You agree that Oddschecker may include and/or announce on: (i) social media platforms, (ii) on Oddschecker’s website and/or (iv) elsewhere your name, general location and details of any prizes that you have won and/or correct predictions that you have made. </p>
<p>6.3 If you object to your name and location being published or would like reduced information to be published, please contact Oddschecker at promotions@oddschecker.com. </p>
<h2>7. Claiming the prize</h2>
<p>7.1 If you are the winner of the prize, you will have 5 days from Notification to claim the prize. If you do not claim the prize by this date, your claim will become invalid.</p>
<p>7.2 The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.</p>
<p>7.3 Oddschecker will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize within 5 of days of Notification, Oddschecker reserves the right to increase the prize share of the other winners (if multiple entrants have won) or not to award the prize at all (if there is only one winner).</p>
<p>7.4 Prizes will be paid out to US bank accounts only (except bank accounts in New York, Washington and Florida) following an identity verification.</p>
<p>7.5 Oddschecker does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.</p>
<h2>8. Limitation of liability</h2>
<p>8.1 Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit Oddschecker's liability for death or personal injury caused by Oddschecker's staff or partners' negligence or for fraud or for any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by law or regulation.</p>
<p>8.2 Oddschecker cannot guarantee that the competition will be free from errors or omissions nor that it will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operating condition.</p>
<p>8.3 Oddschecker does not accept responsibility for any fault, malfunction, damage, loss or disappointment suffered by you as an entrant howsoever arising from participating in the competition or from accepting any prize whether due to any error or omission by Oddschecker.</p>
<p>8.4 Oddschecker is not responsible for any damage or loss caused to you (i) which is not reasonably foreseeable to you and Oddschecker when you enter the competition, or (ii) is reasonably foreseeable to you and Oddschecker on entry but is only indirectly related to you entering or participating in the competition.</p>
<p>8.5 You agree to reimburse Oddschecker in respect of any damages suffered by Oddschecker or any losses Oddschecker resulting from any claim made by a third party in each case in respect of any matter arising from your participation in the competition in breach of these terms and conditions or from your violation of any applicable law or regulation.</p>

<h2>10. General</h2>
<p>10.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Oddschecker may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.</p>
<p>10.2 Oddschecker reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.</p>

<h2>4. How to Enter</h2>

The Sweepstakes Homepage will display a series of game and wager lineups. Each game and wager lineup constitutes its own Sweepstakes and has its own Sweepstakes Period and prize. To submit your entry (“Entry”) into a particular Sweepstakes, provide your predictions of the winners of each of the games in the lineup, confirm you have read and agreed to these Official Rules and that you are 21 years or older, and provide a valid email address (“Sweepstakes Email Address”).</p>
<p>NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. Entries are not real money wagers. Monetary prizes will only be awarded as set forth in Sections 5 and 7 of these Official Rules.</p>
<p>Once the Sweepstakes Period for a particular Sweepstakes is over, you will no longer be able to enter that Sweepstakes. An Entry is deemed “received” when Sponsor’s servers record the Entry information. Proof of sending (such as an automated computer receipt confirming entry or “thanks for entering” message) does not constitute proof of actual receipt of an Entry. Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for these Sweepstakes.</p>
<p>Only one Entry per eligible Sweepstakes participant (“Participant”) per Sweepstakes is permitted. Participants entering or attempting to enter a particular Sweepstakes more than once during the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified. To avoid all doubt, Participants are permitted to use only one Sweepstakes Email Address and the use of multiple Sweepstakes Email Addresses will be void.</p>
<p>Sponsor may run multiple campaigns, contests, or other sweepstakes (collectively, “Alternative Sweepstakes”) simultaneously. Participation in one campaign, contest, or sweepstakes does not constitute participation in and does not prohibit participation in any Alternative Sweepstakes.</p>
<p>Mass Entries generated by a script, computer program, macro, robot, or other automated means are void and may be disqualified. Entries that are in excess of the stated limits or that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late, misdirected, deceptive, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes in the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Entries submitted by those who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including requirements regarding age and residence) are void.</p>
<p>In the event of a dispute over the identity of a Participant, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the registered account holder of the Sweepstakes Email Address used to submit the Entry. (Registered account holder is defined as the person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses.) Participants who win the Sweepstakes (“Winners”) may be required to show proof of being the registered account holder. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of a Participant cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected Entry shall be deemed ineligible.</p>
<h2>5. Winner Selection and Prize</h2>
<p>For Perfect Score Contest types, a prize will be awarded for a perfect score, meaning Entrant will answer every question correctly. There will be one (1) prize pool awarded on each Contest which has at least one (1) perfect score entry. In the event a Contest has two (2) or more entries having a perfect score, the Contest tie-breaker answer will be used to break any ties. Tie-breaker answers will be the Entrant’s answer closest to the actual result. In the event that after the Tie-breaker a tie still exists between one or more contestants, the prize pool will be split equitably among the tied contestants at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.</p>
<p>For Leaderboard Contests, a prize will be awarded to the qualifying contestants as described in the prize table. Tie-breakers may apply to a single-day or multi-day contest.</p>
<p>The odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible Entries received and the Participants’ ability to correctly identify Winning Picks.</p>
<p>If a Winner cannot be contacted, or if a Winner is ineligible, has not complied with these Official Rules, fails to timely claim the Prize, or fails to timely return any required documentation, the Prize will be forfeited. Each Winner may also elect to forfeit or decline the Prize. If the Prize is unclaimed, forfeited, or declined, then, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, it may be awarded to the Participant(s) with the second greatest number of Winning Picks (“Alternate Winner(s)”).</p>
<p>In the event of a game postponement or cancellation, affected contests will be cancelled, and affected players will be notified to participate in the next available contest.</p>
<h2>6. Winner Notification</h2>
<p>Within five (5) business days of Sponsor determining the Winner(s) of any particular Sweepstakes, such Winner(s) will be notified that she or he is a Winner, via email to the Sweepstakes Email Address used to submit the winning Entry (“Winner Notification”). Winner Notification is deemed to occur immediately upon Sponsor’s sending of said email.</p>
<p>Sponsor is not responsible for false, incorrect, changed, or incomplete contact information, or for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in the Winner’s email account to receive email messages. Sponsor is also not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, damaged, intercepted, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify the Winner.</p>
<h2>7. Redemption of Prize</h2>
<p>The Prize will be paid to the address provided by the Winner in response to the Winner Notification within 60 days of Sponsor receiving said response from the Winner.</p>
<p>The Prize is not transferable, and ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER OF THE PRIZE.</p>
<p>The name(s) of the Winner(s) will be placed on a Winner’s List maintained by Sponsor within thirty (30) business days after the end of each Sweepstakes Period. This Winner’s List will be made available upon request if a letter asking for such Winner’s List, along with a self-addressed postage pre-paid envelope, is mailed to ADDRESS. <p>Unless prohibited by law, each Winner will be required to sign and return, within the time period specified at Winner Notification, a Winner Declaration of Eligibility, liability release, and publicity grant (“Declaration”) in a form acceptable to CLIENT, which will include consent to the use of the Winner’s name, photograph, and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation.</p>
<p>If a Winner fails or refuses to sign and return such Declaration within the time period required by Sponsor or if the Prize or Winner Notification is returned as rejected, faulty, unclaimed, or returned as undeliverable to such Winner, such Winner may be disqualified and an Alternate Winner may be selected.</p>
<h2>11. Governing Law</h2>
<p>By participating in these Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these complete Official Rules and by the decisions of CLIENT, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Any disputes, issues, or questions concerning or relating in any way to these Sweepstakes or any Prize, including, but not limited to, (1) the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or (2) the rights and obligations of Participants or Sponsor, shall be submitted to the federal, state, and local courts located in COUNTY, STATE, and resolved under the laws of the State of STATE, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other laws. Moreover, Participants explicitly agree that any disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.</p>
