Key Terms

1. The oddschecker sign up prize draw promotion begins on 15th November 2022 at 12:00 and ends on 19th December 2022 at 23:59 (the “promotional window”).
2. Entry will be automatically submitted. The winner will be chosen at random within 7 days from the end of the promotional window Only the named recipient of the verification email may participate in and be selected as a winner.
3. You must have created an account with oddschecker, be opted-in to marketing communications/notifications and have logged in during the promotional window to be eligible for selection as a winner.
4. The winner is entitled to 2 x English league hospitality tickets up to the value of £2000.
5. Winners will be notified via email through our partner Prizeshark within 7 days of the winner selection taking place as stated in clause 3. Winners must respond to the email from our partner within 3 days to claim the prize, otherwise we reserve our right to conduct the prize draw again. The email address which you submitted to oddschecker will be utilised for communications regarding your prize.

4. 1Promotional offers are intended to enhance a player's enjoyment of our services and any attempts to manipulate or abuse a promotion, or abuse the spirit of a promotion, will not be tolerated and may lead to forfeiture, blocking or cancellation of any bonuses, prizes, vouchers and/or winnings under this promotion, as well as an immediate exclusion from this and future promotions and/or closing of the account (as applicable). Oddschecker in its reasonable discretion will decide what amounts to manipulation or abuse of a promotion.
5. In the case of any breach of these terms and conditions, or a customer becoming ineligible to participate in the promotion (at Oddschecker's reasonable discretion), Oddschecker reserves the right to withhold delivery of, and/or cancel, any prizes, vouchers and/or winnings under this promotion.
6. Oddschecker reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion without notice.
7. Oddschecker’s decision on a dispute in relation to this promotion will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
8. Oddschecker accepts no responsibility for data, payment or delivery errors or delays during the promotion.
9. The promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
