Nos emails marketing nécessitent une option de consentement distincte et peuvent être désactivés à tout moment.

Contenu des Tipsters

Les tipsters et/ou les fournisseurs externes affiliés à Oddschecker ne s'engagent pas à fournir du contenu tous les jours de chaque mois et le contenu dépend du calendrier sportif, de la disponibilité et des congés éventuels des fournisseurs externes. Par exemple, Andy Holding fournit du contenu à Oddschecker tous les jours pour les courses de chevaux au Royaume-Uni et en Irlande et fournira au moins vingt jours de contenu chaque mois civil.

Essais de Réduction

Des tarifs d'introduction ou des réductions peuvent être offerts, à notre discrétion, mais nous ne sommes en aucun cas obligés de proposer des tarifs particuliers à nos utilisateurs (autres que ceux qui remplissent les critères pour le Prix Bloqué, voir ci-dessous). Prix Bloqué

Lors de l'achat d'un abonnement Oddschecker Unlimited, certains utilisateurs peuvent être éligibles à un "Prix Bloqué", ce qui signifie que nous nous engageons à fournir les services au même prix pendant une période de 12 mois. Après l'expiration de cette période, le prix des services peut être modifié à notre discrétion.

Annulations et Remboursements

Les utilisateurs ont le droit d'annuler leur abonnement à tout moment via les paramètres de leur compte ou en nous contactant à support@oddschecker.com. Si vous annulez dans les 14 premiers jours de votre abonnement pendant la période de rétractation légale, vous serez éligible à un remboursement, qui sera traité via Stripe et remboursé sur la carte utilisée pour le paiement. Vous acceptez de garder votre nom d'utilisateur et/ou mot de passe confidentiels et de ne pas partager ces informations avec un tiers. Vous acceptez également de ne pas enregistrer plusieurs adresses e-mail. Nous pouvons résilier ou restreindre votre utilisation de notre service si vous violez ces conditions d'utilisation du site ou si vous êtes impliqué dans l'utilisation illégale ou frauduleuse du service.

Please read the terms carefully and ensure you understand them fully. By using our services or products (the " Services ") (whether on our websites, tablet and/ or mobile application, (the " Oddschecker Platforms ")) you will be deemed by us to have understood and accepted these terms and our Privacy and Cookie Policies, and agree to be bound by them. From time to time, certain provisions of the terms will change and be updated accordingly. Each change will become effective and you will be deemed to have accepted such changes, immediately upon such change being posted and notified to you. If you do not accept any change, please discontinue your use of the Oddschecker Platforms.

Advertiser Disclosure

The Oddschecker Platforms are an online resource that offers odds comparisons as well as bookmaker offers, betting news, insights and tips written by our team of experts.

You and all our visitors should be aware that Oddschecker receives affiliate and advertising revenue from the companies that appear on the Oddschecker Platforms and such remuneration may impact the location and order in which the companies' banners and offerings are promoted on our websites.

Whilst we do our utmost to try to ensure all companies advertised are trustworthy and hold the requisite licences for their offerings, the rankings or prominence of any banners/advertisements do not necessarily imply endorsement of the companies or their products by Oddschecker.

Except as expressly stated in these terms, all representations and warranties regarding the information presented on the Oddschecker Platforms are disclaimed. Further, the information which appears on the Oddschecker Platforms is subject to change at any time.

Under 18s

No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use the Oddschecker Platforms, our account services, our Early Access product and/or place bets using Oddschecker's products. If you are aged under 18, please do not use the Oddschecker Platforms or provide any information directly to us.

Accounts

Individuals aged 18 or over are permitted to open an account with us in order to access more features on the Oddschecker Platforms, save your preferences and receive tailored content and services. At any time, you may choose to disable and delete your account by selecting that option in our Account Settings menu.

Oddschecker Services

Our Services allow you to use software on our system to browse betting events and odds and provides a technical means to place bets with selected gambling operators (all with required gambling licences) (" Third Party Bookmakers "). Parts of our services are only accessible to our subscribers and not to all visitors of the Oddschecker Platforms (see below for further details on our subscription services). In addition, we may not offer or make available all of our services or content to residents of certain countries.

Our Services and the Oddschecker Platforms employ proprietary technology to allow you to retrieve, view and maintain information and conduct transactions with Third Party Bookmakers, but all within one convenient service.

When you click on any odds on Oddschecker you are taken directly to the Third Party Bookmakers' own sites or connected to the Third Party Bookmaker's bet API services which are all secure environments where data transfers are encrypted. We only display Third Party Bookmakers that satisfy our criteria for security and reliability and there is an independent industry regulator (IBAS) in place to deal with any betting issues. For further information, please visit individual Bookmakers websites.

You acknowledge and agree that when you are accessing and retrieving information from Third Party Bookmakers sites or betting APIs using our software, we are not acting as your agents nor the agents on behalf of the Third Party Bookmakers but that we are simply making available the Services and software to you by which you may access and transact with such Third Party Bookmakers.

You agree that the Third Party Bookmakers featured on all Oddschecker Platforms shall be entitled to rely on the foregoing authorisation and agency granted by you.

Bet Placement

Oddschecker receives odds directly from Third Party Bookmakers, using the latest technology to ensure publishing as close to real-time as possible. All of the odds shown remain the property and responsibility of the Third Party Bookmakers themselves. All odds data is shown in good faith and Oddschecker does not guarantee its availability or accuracy. Oddschecker does not accept liability for errors in prices, odds, incorrectly calculated winnings, events or markets shown on the Oddschecker platforms or odds changes prior to a bet being placed and will not be liable for any loss suffered by any party if the service is unavailable or inaccurate in any way.

Opening a betslip either navigates you to the Third Party Bookmaker's site, or connects you to the Third Party Bookmakers betting API service. Please ensure you check all your bet details are correct on the betslip before placing a bet. You are solely responsible and liable for all activity that occurs on your account. If you have any queries relating to a bet, including any requests to void a bet, you should contact the Third Party Bookmaker directly.

Terms and conditions vary between Third Party Bookmakers and apply to any bet placed with that Third Party Bookmaker. The following error settling procedures may be employed at the discretion of the individual Third Party Bookmaker and/or Oddschecker in relation to bets made in connection with Oddschecker:

Incorrect Price

Prior to the start of an event, In-Play or after the event, where an obvious error is identified any open bets will be settled in accordance with the Third Party Bookmaker's terms and conditions. If you are concerned a mistake has been made then contact the Third Party Bookmaker you placed the bet with directly.

Incorrect Fixture, Participant or Market

Where the wrong player, team, participant or market is quoted in an Oddschecker betslip, the stake placed shall be returned. The bet may also be voided at the Third Party Bookmaker's discretion. If you are concerned a mistake has been made then contact us via 'Contact Us' on the Oddschecker Platforms.

Paid for Services

Additional terms and conditions may apply to purchases of goods or services and to specific features of our services, and will be displayed on the relevant pages of the Oddschecker platforms. Such additional terms and conditions are made a part of these Terms and Conditions by this reference and you agree to abide by them, including where applicable representing that you are of sufficient legal age to use or participate in such service or feature. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the terms posted for any service offered on or through the Oddschecker Platform, the latter terms shall control with respect to your use of that portion of the Oddschecker Platform or the specific service. We may make changes to any products or services offered on the Oddschecker Platform, or to the applicable prices for any such products or services, at any time.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe in accordance with Stripes end user terms and conditions that are available here . By submitting payment details to us, you promise that you are entitled to purchase a subscription using those payment details. You also give us permission to store your payment details in accordance with our Privacy and Cookie Policies. In the event that you default on a payment, we reserve the right to terminate your access to our Services. If your subscription has been terminated and you would like to re-subscribe to one of our subscriptions, we have the right to require payment in full of any outstanding amount owed to us.

Oddschecker Unlimited

Oddschecker Unlimited is a subscription service available to users of the Oddschecker Platforms in the UK and Ireland only. For further information on Oddschecker Unlimited, please see our FAQs here . The features and services that are included in Oddschecker Unlimited will be confirmed at the point of sale and may include, unlimited access to certain products and services available via the Oddschecker Platforms, early and exclusive access to certain premium tips, a reduced ad experience, and other specified content. We may offer different features and services or different tiers of service at different rates, and it is the users responsibility to select the appropriate level desired. Prices are correct as at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change, modify, and increase any such prices or any other terms of access to the service and content at any time, in our sole discretion. In the event we change the price or materially the services available, we will notify users of such changes in advance and any user that does not wish to accept the changes may cancel their subscription.

Service Emails

Subscribers to Oddschecker Unlimited may receive service emails containing information related to the subscription or services such as early-access tips. These emails cannot be opted-out of because they contain information that is necessary to the subscription. Our marketing emails will require a separate opt-in and these can be opted-out of at any time.

Tipster Content

Tipsters and/or external providers affiliated with Oddschecker are not committed to providing content every day of each calendar month and content is dependent upon the sporting calendar, suitability, availability of the external provider including any holidays they may take.

For example, Andy Holding provides content to Oddschecker on a daily basis across UK & IRL horse racing and will provide at least twenty days of content each calendar month.

Discount Trials

Introductory rates or discounts may be offered, at our discretion, but we are under no obligation to offer particular rates to any users (other than users that qualify for the Price Lock, see below). If you sign up for a discounted trial, at the end of your stated trial period, your subscription will automatically continue on a rolling monthly basis (this will be made known to you before you complete registration to the trial offer) at the rate notified to you at the time of purchase.

Price Lock

Upon purchase of an Oddschecker Unlimited subscription, certain users may qualify for a Price Lock, whereby we commit to providing the services for the same price for a 12-month period. After expiry of this period, the price of the services may be varied at our discretion.

Cancellations and Refunds

Users have the right to cancel their subscription at any time via their account settings or by contacting us on support@oddschecker.com. In the event you cancel in the first 14 days of your subscription within the statutory cooling-off period, you will be eligible for a refund, which will be processed via Stripe and refunded to the card that you used for payment. If you cancel after that cooling-off period there are no refunds available. If you have a monthly subscription and choose to cancel your access will be valid until the day of your next payment being due.

Account Information

To use Oddschecker Unlimited you will need to create a free Oddschecker account. If you already have an Oddschecker account, you will need to sign in before you can purchase an Oddschecker Unlimited subscription. You agree that you will keep your user name and/or password confidential and will not share this information with any third party. You also agree that you will not register multiple email addresses. We may terminate or restrict your use of our service if you violate these website terms of use or are engaged in illegal or fraudulent use of the service.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription by navigating to the My Account section of the Oddschecker Platforms, which provides links to Stripe where you can manage which plan you are on, change bank details and cancel your subscription. If you have any issues, please contact us on support@oddschecker.com.
