5 Minute ReadPanthers vs. Packers Same Game Parlay Picks for Thursday, October 29
Carolina heads to Green Bay at 3-3 after a rough Week 7 loss, while the Packers are 4-3 after falling just short against Detroit. Green Bay is favored by 3.5 points, but the matchup has enough uncertainty to make Carolina attractive with the field goal plus extra protection.
This +700 same game parlay combines that spread cushion with two player props carrying strong usage-based cases. McMillan remains the centerpiece of Carolina's passing game, while Jacobs immediately showed a significant receiving role in his season debut for Green Bay.
Panthers vs. Packers Preview
Carolina was blown out 43-13 by Tampa Bay last week, snapping a stretch that included impressive wins over Detroit and Philadelphia. Green Bay also enters off a loss, falling 20-17 at Detroit after winning three consecutive games.
Carolina won the most recent meeting 16-13 at Lambeau Field last season on a late field goal. The Panthers have already shown they can compete in this environment, and Thursday's relatively tight spread suggests another close game is firmly in play.

Panthers vs. Packers Same Game Parlay Breakdown
Leg 1: Tetairoa McMillan Anytime TD Scorer
McMillan has already established himself as the clear centerpiece of Carolina's passing attack. He has 36 receptions for 511 yards on 54 targets through six games, giving him an average of nine targets and more than 85 receiving yards per appearance.
The surprising part has been the lack of touchdowns. McMillan has scored only twice, with both coming during his 14-catch, 192-yard explosion against Detroit. A receiver commanding this much of Carolina's passing volume should continue generating scoring opportunities even if the touchdowns have been inconsistent.
Xavier Legette is also out Thursday, further concentrating Carolina's receiving options. If Young moves the Panthers into scoring territory, McMillan should remain one of the first places he looks.
Leg 2: Panthers +3.5
Carolina's 30-point loss to Tampa Bay makes this uncomfortable on the surface, but the larger body of work has been much stronger. The Panthers beat Detroit 32-26 and Philadelphia 25-14 in consecutive games before last week's turnover-filled collapse.
Green Bay has hardly been overwhelming either. The Packers are 4-3 and just lost 20-17 to Detroit, while Carolina won outright at Lambeau last season. Getting more than a field goal provides important protection in a matchup where the market expects relatively little separation.
The Panthers do not need another outright upset for this leg to cash. A Green Bay win by one, two or three points works, which makes +3.5 particularly valuable if Thursday follows the competitive script suggested by the line.
Leg 3: Josh Jacobs Over 17.5 Receiving Yards
Jacobs made his season debut against Detroit last week and immediately showed that Green Bay plans to use him as more than an early-down runner. He caught five of seven targets for 55 yards and a touchdown while adding 36 yards on 11 carries.
That receiving workload is especially encouraging for a line of only 17.5 yards. Jacobs averaged 11 yards per reception in his debut, meaning two similar catches could put him right around the number before Green Bay even reaches the second half.
The Packers are also dealing with injuries along the offensive line, which can encourage Jordan Love to get the ball out quickly rather than consistently waiting for deeper concepts to develop. Jacobs gives him a reliable outlet underneath, and last week's seven targets suggest that role could remain meaningful.
Panthers vs. Packers Best Same Game Parlay (+700) Check out these best odds at DraftKings Sportsbook
- Leg 1: Tetairoa McMillan Anytime TD Scorer
- Leg 2: Panthers +3.5
- Leg 3: Josh Jacobs Over 17.5 Receiving Yards
The +700 construction is built around a competitive game rather than either side dominating. Carolina staying within a field goal keeps Young throwing throughout the night and gives McMillan repeated opportunities to finally convert his massive target share into another touchdown.
Jacobs' receiving leg works regardless of who leads. He needs only modest production after drawing seven targets and producing 55 receiving yards in his season debut, giving the parlay a lower threshold around the more volatile McMillan touchdown selection.
