NFL Odds: Jets More Likely To Go 0-16 Than Chiefs To Go 16-0

Kansas City Chiefs and New York Jets are having extremely different seasons at opposite ends of the NFL having gone 4-0 and 0-4 respectively this season.
The Chiefs have the best odds to win the Super Bowl (+380) while the Jets have the joint-worst odds (+100000) – shared with the Giants.
Following Week 4, sportsbooks have priced up the chances of the two teams going 16-0 and 0-16 and it makes for grim viewing from a New York standpoint.

The odds for the Chiefs to win every game of the regular season are +1100. Put simply, this carries an implied probability of 8.33% and means that a $10 wager would net a profit of $110.
Comparatively, the odds of the Jets to lose every single game of the regular season are set at +1000. This suggests a 9.09% chance and would return $100 from $10 if it came to pass.
Oddschecker spokesperson Pete Watt: “Things in Kansas are about as good as it gets right now; reigning Super Bowl champions and the first team in NFL history to go 4-0 in four consecutive seasons.”
“In New York, the landscape couldn’t look much different; star running back Saquon Barkley is out for the rest of the season, Sam Darnold’s future is up in the air and it’s a struggle to find reasons to be cheerful.”
“Only the 2007 New England Patriots class have gone 16-0 since the NFL expanded to its current format, whereas the Jets would have more company were they to endure a winless season this year.”
